excellent food, we had the Sunday roast I had the pork ,my partner had the beef. the meat was tender a great choice of vegetables with plenty of it. For sweet I had lemon meringue with ice cream my partner had the fruit crumble, both were top rate. The ambience was great service prompt and efficient. We will certainly be back.

Also new addition to the menu is Small Plates which are very well priced and give good variety if you don't fancy one particular meal. As usual, lovely staff, good food and clean premises.

Louis Tea Rooms – CallingtonThe staff and service were very helpful and friendly. The avocado and smoked salmon salad was rather disappointing as the bowl was swimming with water. The salad had obviously been washed and then just placed in bowl without being spun (or dried). On mentioning it to a member of staff I was offered a free drink.

Gorgeous roast lamb with a very wide selection of vegetables, this was just one of the roast on offer on what is a very extensive menu. Excellent service from the very busy staff. If you are thinking of visiting, I would recommend you book.

The menu has plenty of choice, the service is always lovely and the food is tasty and well presented. I would say the meals are pretty good value for money too. The tea rooms also sell frozen meals, drinks and pasties that you can take away. This time I chose a halloumi salad and there must have been a whole pack of halloumi on my plate! There are also sweet and savory cream teas and a choice of home made cakes and goodies. There is plenty of seating both inside and out, with the best views across the county on a clear day. There is disabled access, and lots of parking too. A lovely place and nicely local.
