We were extreamly disappointed with meal the steak it was very fatty, the quality of the food including the salad bar hardly any choice presentation not good at all. Also the people on the next table were complaining about their meal. We have eaten in other Harvester never had a problem someone needs to sort the problems out (quality of where food is bought )!!!!
Harvester St Catherines Walk – Carmarthen18/08/13 my husband and I ordered 2 mixed grills and drinks [total 40 pounds] when the meal arrived we had no mushrooms or any poached eggs, the waiter was sorry and went too tell the manger and get the rest of our order, after waiting 5 minutes the rest of our order arrived. the waiter came back too see if ever thing was alright, I told him that it was not, as my husband had found a fly cooked in his poached egg, he said he was very sorry and would get the manager, removing the eggs we tried too carry on with our meal but the moment had gone. no manager came anywhere near us , I went to the bar to see the waiter he had even forgot who we were . As I told the waiter we have been to the pub many times before with friends and family and we will never go back again.
Tafarn Tanerdy – CarmarthenI was appalled that at the third visit with company, the same poor service still in being. The waitress was excellent but each time I had been I had only started the starter when the main course was planked on the table.I complained the last time without effect.I had to pile the starter onto the same dish as the main course would have been cold.Not an enjoyable 3 evenings - it will not happen again. I was persistant because the other Harvesters I use I have no complaint Its a pity as Carmarthen Harvester was so convenient.
Harvester St Catherines Walk – CarmarthenI was in this restaurant several times, but after last experience I will not visit anymore. I went there with my husband, and sit at the table for two people. After few minutes one member off staff came to us and said (with no polite tone) "Sorry but this table is reserved". There was no any sign on the table which would say it is reserved but We moved to another table, although I was not excited about it. My husband went to the loo and then she came came again, asking me: "are you only two?" I said yes. Is there any problem? She replied: " if you are only two then then why are you sitting on table for 6 people"? At this point she wanted us to move again to another table. I was upset because in that part of the restaurant all was empty and there were no people. I told her I was sitting at the table for two before she told us to move. At that point I stand up and decided to leave to restaurant. She was so rude, that stand infront of me, in a way that I could not go, telling me not to go and finish my coffee. I left anyway. If she is not happy with customers choosing table, then why she did not show us where to sit when we came there? That is the way they do it in some restaurants. I was never treated so badly in a restaurant before. She made me feel very bad that evening. It was not at all about the table and sadly this seems more like harrasment to me. As I'am foreigner, I think that is why she was treating me this way.I WILL NOT VISIT AGAIN.
Tafarn Tanerdy – CarmarthenStayed for one night on the way to Pembrokeshire for Christmas. Hotel was packed with party goers and there was a lovely atmosphere. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the dinner we had in the evening was delicious, even though they were busy with big parties, the food was well presented, beautifully cooked and the wine list was very reasonably priced. Would not hesitate in staying at this hotel again.
Falcon Hotel – CarmarthenThe 'recommended' beef pie was a real disappointment. Three pieces of beef! and far too much gravy.The curry wasn't much better. The place was clean and staff efficient. What a shame.

White Mill Inn – CarmarthenBeautiful surroundings and friendly staff. Complimentary poppadoms on arrival with dips - and an unusual green coconut dip which was very nice. Prompt service - only down side was that the curry was more oily than sauce/gravy. We had a lovely time there.
Ginger – CarmarthenGreat food with a great menu and large potions .the beer and atmosphere was friendly and fun highly recommend wish my local was this good
White Mill Inn – CarmarthenI strongly recommend The Halfway Inn,Nantgaredig. We call in every year when on holiday in Dryslwyn, from Guernsey. The staff are most considerate towards us as my husband has difficulty moving around. They are always able to accommodate him at our special table! They are also ready to help us with a Christmas gift for friends in the line of a voucher.Well done all of you and see you again in 2011.
Halfway Inn, The – CarmarthenI don't know where to start on the White Hart. I've visited a lot of establishments in my time, but I've never met such rude hosts in my life. It was absolutely disgusting. As for the food, the portions are average, but the food was cold. We had microwaved mushrooms on the very poor steak, and the chips weren't hand cut as stated on the menu, but were frozen and twice cooked. As for the beef dinner, the beef wasn't cut off a joint, but was uniform slices that had been processed. But overall, it's the attitude of the owners that really sticks in my throat (a bit like their food). VERY POOR.
White Hart Thatched Inn and Brewery, The – Carmartheni went to the pub there was about 7 adults and 1 baby we had steaks the meat was lovely and tender the home made chips were amazing the staff were very friendly when when we needed something they could always help you the nicest meal ever!!!!
