Welcoming staff, excellent food and a cracking pint of Butty Bach. Highly recommended

Great place for food after a long walk. We did the Brecon Beacons three peaks so looking for a cosy pub for some good traditional food. I had the gammon egg and chips and my partner had the steak and ale pie. They certainly delivered just that. Lovely warm welcome and great food and the service was spot on. Would highly recommend.

Landlord was happy to move us so we could bring dogs into the bar with us. I chose a beer which landlord steered me away from. Food was great. Everyone loved our dogs! Felt very welcomed and valued. Very easy to see us coming back when they rebrand as a steakhouse.

We came here for dinner on the last day of a trip to Garwnant. The staff were so friendly and attentive, my husband said he had the best pint of Guinness in here outside of Ireland! The food was so tasty and really good value for money, portions were huge and the food was cooked perfectly. The atmosphere was lovely, it has a real feel of a country pub but without the awkwardness of walking into a local pub when you’re not a local! We will definitely come back. We also brought our dog and he was so well looked after, offered lots of treats and water and you could tell the staff love dogs! Thank you very much for your fab service

A lovely country pub, with good service and great value for money meals. Well impressed us 4 ladies. Only one complaint is that there was no heating in the dining room, so not warm and cosy and we ate with our coats on. It was a quiet day so no atmosphere. Maybe some background music for those quiet times. We will return.

Stayed here for my partners birthday on the 17th and the accommodation provided was on top for the spa, pool area was excellent. The food was outstanding couldn't of asked for anything to be better!

Lovely atmosphere. Great food. Fantastic friendly service. Lovely restaurant for a night out and family occasions. The price for all you can eat is incredible.

Now under new management The Station is open 7 days a week serving PUB grub,from sandwiches and tea/coffe to gin and tonic,real ale,continental lagers and Homemade pies and chips or sirloin steaks.The Station has somethink for everyone,situated right on the Taff Trail route 8,a carpark,log fire free WI;FI,darts and always a Warm Welcome.

Nando's is fantastic, and offers some of the most delicious foods around. The service and staff were impeccable.

Carvery is tremendous value.Good choice of meats and as much veg as you want. Steaks though are small considering the price.Overall a great place to eat and drink....the staff are great.

ate in the bistro here for evening meal and lunch on a recent stay and the food was top notch and prices really reasonable. Had garlic mushrooms on toasted brioche/ asparagus and mild mushroom risotto to start / pork loin steaks with peppercorn and brandy cream sauce/goats cheese filo parcels with honey and thyme, dark chocolate fondue for sweet - to die for! wine list also good and reasonable, nice atmosphere - would recommend this place. found staff delightful.

The restaurant was clean waitress looked a bit dirty on the whole nice place to go.

To be brief every thing is good about this place we have been on a number of occasions and always find the staff pleasant and friendly not as one of the other customers commented on.
