I went to this chippy tonight and watched one of the staff sweeping the floor with a dustpan and brush, then she put her hair tidy into the back of her baseball cap, THEN she put her hands inside her stretchy leggings to pull up her underclothes. She then came to serve me without washing her hands. When I pointed this out to her she was rather rude in that she brought out a sanitising spray and proceeded to clean the counter where my hand had been saying she noticed how dirty my sleeve was and they have a policy that no one should lean on the counter. I haven't visited this shop for a long time and I don't think I will be going back. By the way the food was revolting. We binned it and ate a sandwich instead.

Lovely place good views ext pity about the food. Had sea bass and saute potatoes no veg or greens on the plate,chef doesnt know how to make sautes potatoes they where more like fried potatoes and cold and rubbery. Wont be back untill they change the chef

I ate at the Bagle Brook Beefeater restaurant last Saturday and was very disappointed with the meal and service. Firstly, I had to send the chicken back because it was cold, and when the waitress returned the chicken it was only re-heated and i was not given a fresh piece of chicken. Then i asked the waitress for some chips, but they never came, so ended up not having chips with my meal. Felt that i won't go there again.

I go with the girls on wednesday nights, They have a great wine list and the service is always fast. They offer a good range of food too!

Food and service was very good. A very large menu was on offer and the quality of food was superb. The restaurant was modern, accommodating and offered a warm atmosphere. They also have live bands most nights. A great place to go for a complete evenings dining/entertainment.

Excellent have eaten there on several occasions

nice view overlooking the sea once you get past the houses., food rubbish,buffets rubbish,staff had a bad attitude! got ripped off wouldn't go there again ever!

The twelve knights is a great place to stay. The rooms are so clean and the food is superb. Cheap and cheerful. Friendly staff!!

I usually avoid chain restaurants, but I ate lunch here in January 2009 since my mum was paying! The lunch special (2 courses) was good value for money. The rump steak was excellent and perfectly cooked, and the breaded mushroom appetizer was tasty too. Service was efficient and friendly.

This is certainly one of the best pub restaurants that I have ever eaten in. A lovely location and a varied well priced menu, I can recommend the fish and chips! The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you.

bar gallois is the place to be in south wales, great food, lovely atmosphere, music on every Friday and Saturday night. very welcoming. booking is advised tho. you have to try it.

We stayed there just days after Christmas for my wife? birthday and ate in the restaurant. We found all three courses were beautifully prepared and the service was warm and friendly. Certainly no Christmas hangovers for the staff of this restaurant. Thank you.

i like going here for the food its very nice the cost is average, the service it great, theres entertainment there on the weekends i would book if anyone was going.

With a good view of the beach front and nice colour decoration its a great atmosphere, with easy access through port Talbot. The staff are nice, friendly and great at their jobs. My meats are always cooked the way I ask for them and I have never sent any food back to the chef. Sides are of a good portion and you don? wait long between each course unless you wish. The deserts are good but the Joes ice cream is a must. As for drinks if you are the driver stay on the caned soft drinks as pump is tasteless, but I recommend the Californian wine is very nice at £15 a bottle. With artist's on the weekends you must book but if you are travelling a distance always book! As it? getting full all the time. And finally leave a nice tip if you agree.
