Chung Ku – ChildwallWe had a really nice evening, friendly staff, good food and nice ambience. Highly recommended, Its great little place as you get to take your own alcohol and don’t get charged, don’t worry if you forget as there is wine shop right next door! Quality
Tiffin – Childwallwent with a friend 29th july, all went well, we had scallops, to start, salmon, and sea bass for main, wine, cheese, and tia maria coffee, the next day, we were both ill, my friend came home from work!!! i rang owens to see if anybody else ill with the fish!!! all they said was they were sorry, and we spent £100 to be ill, and off work....wont be going over the doors again.
Owens – ChildwallBest meal we've had for a long time, Early Doors all night Mon - Thursday, stupendous value. Decor, ambience and service excellent. I wouldn't bother with Town anymore, if you fancy a drink there is always Allerton Road. Looking forward already to our next visit,
Owens – ChildwallService is excellent and so friendly. A lovely family run restaurant where service like this is rare now. Food was great with a good choice. I will be going back!
Eton Place Cafe Bistro – ChildwallExcellent location and out of town bistro - once you have been you will return. The staff are very friendly and courteous, food and prices are excellent. A really relaxing atmosphere. A good place to visit.
Eton Place Cafe Bistro – ChildwallThe food is Turkish influenced Mediterranean and very reasonably priced. Three of us had different meals and all said they were delicious. The atmosphere was warm and very friendly. You can take your own wine with £2 corkage although they do now have a licence for alcohol. A starter and main was about £12 before a tip. I would recommend this restaurant.
Eton Place Cafe Bistro – Childwallseems to have a new look to the place very cool .the food and service was perfect and the prices are fantastic . the best restaurant in Liverpool without a doubt
Owens – ChildwallWOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AFTER THE WAY THE MANAGER SPOKE TO US ON THE TELEPHONE REGARDING A BOOKING. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPLEASANT. WE'VE BEEN GOING THERE EVERY YEAR BUT WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT BUT THE MANAGER NEEDS A LESSON IN POLITENESS.
Owens – ChildwallFabulous, friendly, family run restaurant. Highly recommended for either a special occasion or just a night out.
Great Wall Restaurant – ChildwallI must say I was very disappointed by the quality of the food. It was the worst Chinese meal I had and I won't be returning. The food was sloppy & over saturated with sauce. TERRIBLE!!
Great Wall Restaurant – ChildwallI've been to Neighbourhood on several occasions, and have never been let down! The food is superb, as is the atmosphere and customer service. The apple crumble is unbelievable!
Neighbourhood – ChildwallHave eaten at Neighbourhood several times lunch and dinner - excellent food, well served in cosy surroundings. Would recommend.
Neighbourhood – Childwallmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I'm partial to a big fat scran from the good arl chung ku, i'm up for one right now
Chung Ku – Childwallwent for a meal in early December it was superb great food and i thought the prices and quality unbeatable for a restaurant in Liverpool
Owens – ChildwallAs I don't dine out often, I like it to be something special when I do. And Neighbourhood fits the bill perfectly - accessible, imaginative, enjoyable food that I probably wouldn't have had the time or energy to cook for myself, served by staff who are kind and attentive but not overly so and who want you to enjoy your evening, and that includes the kids. And while the breakfasts are pricey, you won't need lunch and can probably save on therapy. A plate of Manhattan Eggs with a latte must be worth an hour in a psychiatrist's chair...or so I imagine, having tried only the Manhattan Eggs!
Neighbourhood – ChildwallI have been here a few times now, with friends and family. The £3.50 carvery is fantastic value for money - Mon - Sat. I think it goes to £7 on Sundays. Usual 3 meat option with no extra slices no matter how nice you ask, but loads of roasties and veg etc ;-) Highly recommended...
Halfway House Toby Restaurant – Childwallit was our first time there last week. I've drove past it many times thinking must try there soon but never did, untill we were invited there by friends . Service was excellent the food fantastic, good quality produce well cooked with a twist .Don't know about the cost as I wasn't paying and the menu I was given didn't have prices.[ nice touch] A super night. I will be back again soon.
