Made a couple of visits to Louis Tea Room previously for Coffee & Cake, always been a good experience, but this time we booked in for the Friday Night Steak Specials. My 16oz “Blue” Sirloin Steak was done perfectly (which can be a rarity) & my wife’s 16oz “Medium Rare” Sirloin Steak was in her words “done to perfection”. All in all a good night with a fabulous view, amazing food & great service from the attentive staff. Rest assured we will be returning again in the not too distant future. The only improvement I could suggest would be the inclusion of mushrooms with the steaks.

The view alone from the restaurant is worth a visit, but throw in the delicious food and friendly staff and you have a winning formula! The crowning glory was a gluten free cream tea which is so hard to find and often not great, but the restaurant wins on both counts.

We took full advantage of the steak deals and were more than happy! Perfect steaks, delicious peppercorn sauce and even the peas were spot on! À great price and my steak kept me fed for two days! Really friendly and helpful staff who even put on an eclipse for us to enjoy afterwards !

As always the food very very tasty - the staff are a lovely collection of people - nothing too much trouble and a really happy bunch. Everywhere was beautifully clean. The toilets too very clean and tidy! Would recommend to anyone !

Had a lovely lunch with a friend today (as always) when visiting the tearooms. Very friendly and efficient service too! No hesitation in recommending this venue!

Fantastic venue amazing staff wonderful food

This was our second visit and it did not disappoint, we brought a friend who lives in the south of France and he was very impressed with the quality of the food. The portion sizes are very generous, the staff very friendly and helpful without over doing it, all in all an excellent visit and we will definitely be back and recommend you to all of our friends and neighbours.

Went on Thursday at 6pm for an evening meal and was absolutely delighted with the lovely food. Liver and onions and lemon chicken. So well cooked and tasted superb . Soup and chicken wings to start which couldn't have been better. Bryony was so lovely and nothing was too much trouble for her, she is excellent.

Good food, good staff, quick service, good value

We had an excellent brunch enjoyed at this location with our grandchildren. We have visited on several occasions and have always been impressed.

excellent food, we had the Sunday roast I had the pork ,my partner had the beef. the meat was tender a great choice of vegetables with plenty of it. For sweet I had lemon meringue with ice cream my partner had the fruit crumble, both were top rate. The ambience was great service prompt and efficient. We will certainly be back.

1st Sunday of the month so bike day. Great food, service and atmosphere with loads of bikes! What more can anyone want!

Nice decor, good food, we had the Sunday dinner and each had a different meat. Well cooked and presented. Nice service.
