Provedore – FalmouthTse House in Camborne does such tasty meals. I definitely recommend this place for sit down meals, friendly and welcoming.
The Tse House – CamborneAbsolutely fantastic restaurant who also offer takeaway service. The best eatery in Bude with the friendliest staff - nothing is too much trouble! There is definitely nothing in Bude to rival this place
Tiandi – BudeOur first ever time to Rock yesterday...and I must say the last. If the Blue tomato cafe is representative of Rock then it quite obviously has so much wealth it can afford to be rude and ignorant to its visitors. We turned up at the cafe at around 1:50pm, there was not any opening times apparent on the door. Our order was politely taken and promptly served too. The food was very good. What was appalling was that each member of staff was not talking but almost shouting, whistling almost deafeningly loud and discussing how awful Jane MacDonald is. We were the only customers and made to feel very unwelcome, it felt as if we were sat in the kitchen during staff lunch time. How do the staff know we were not related to Jane MacDonald?
Blue Tomato Cafe – Wadebridgedaves diner was really good the food was amazing
Daves Diner – LooeExceptional meal very friendly service.
Trewithen Restaurant – LostwithielVERY impressed, extremely friendly and welcoming! would recommend!
Annapurna – Liskeard"I think I'll have a smoothie and a mortgage!" commented my friend as he read the menu in the Blue Tomato Cafe. I was absolutely taken back with the ridiculous prices that this cafe has the audacity to charge. Nachos are £8 and scrambled eggs and salmon will set you back more than £10. The table was so sticky that the newspaper stuck to it and the annoying staff spent most of their time flirting with each other or whistling. On the other hand the lemon drizzle cake was gorgeous and I have to say the cafe has very tasteful decor. Unfortunately, i don't think I will be returning here again.
Blue Tomato Cafe – WadebridgeWe went here with a small group of visitors. we were quite embarrassed, as they left out 2 main courses when serving us. The wait was long and the service poor. the waitresses were not up to the standard I would expect. Not sure if I would recommend it for groups, they seem unable to cope. Probably better if there re 2-4 people. Shame really, as the ambience is good.
Bustophers Bar and Bistro – TruroThis was my first visit to this restaurant and if I am in the area again, I shall seek it out. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The best way to approach it is not to have a cream tea in the same afternoon otherwise you might not be hungry enough to do it justice. It is one of the very best meals out I've had.
Greenhouse Organic Restaurant – The LizardTwas bloody lovely best fishcakes ever known to man
Becks Fish and Chips – St IvesSuperb food, lots of interesting things to choose from, and helpful staff.
Digey Food Room, The – St IvesI have just spent an enjoyable evening dining out at Tapenades with friends. The service was friendly and attentive. The food was presented to a high standard and was extremely fresh and imaginative. Extra touches such as the sorbet and handmade chocolates made this a special dining experience. The cheesecake is out of this world. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
Tapenades – Liskeardwe have eaten in and had meals delivered we have always had excellent service and lovely food yum ....
Mandarin Garden The – TruroExcellent small restaurant in Mevagissey. The service and welcome were both friendly and efficient. The duck was cooked to perfection and was so tasty and tender. The owner said that she had sourced "happy ducks" and obviously happy ducks make tasty ducks!! My wife thoroughly enjoyed her sea bass fillets with lemon and parsley sauce. The accompanying vegetables were well cooked and tasty. Well worth a visit!! We will be returning soon!!
Salamander – MevagisseyLovely place to eat, relax and friendly place. food it brilliant!! A*******
Bodmin JailVisited Del Mar Sept 07, poor quality food - pizza best thing on the menu. Steak and chicken over cooked. When we made our concerns known to a staff member, very rude and dismissive. (particular female member of staff, well we now believe to be the owner) Not an authentic Italian restaurant!!
Del Mar – PerranporthA notice outside this pub restaurant claims that all produce is locally sourced when possible. Seemingly it was not possible to source fresh beans, carrots or plaice in late September (2007). All were evidently from frozen.
Turks Head Inn, The – PenzanceAny steak and a pint for £20 every Friday.
Any burger and a pint for £15 every Saturday.
