Came for the afternoon tea on a quiet Mother's Day afternoon. The service was lovely and we enjoyed the surroundings. If you're choosing the afternoon tea option ,bear in mind it is quite a lite bite with nice tastes but not much for 2 people. Probably need to get an extra from the menu, but a nice afternoon.

We had a lunch at Red Lion. This is very nice countryside restaurant. Food was delicious. Definitely we come back there in the future.

Great place, was very busy but service quick and food excellent.

Attentive friendly staff but spoiled by a 50 minute wait for food after ordering. The 2 for 1 offer is good value though the chunk of meat in my beef wellington pie was inedible as I was unable to get my knife through it so quality of food very basic. Nice atmosphere however.

As usual a wonderful meal. I had the belly pork and my husband steak, both cooked to perfection and arrived in a reasonable length of time. Lovely, attentive staff .

Food was great and staff very accommodating when we asked if we could move tables as a large party had arrived and my friend who is moderately deaf and wears hearing aids was struggling with being able to hear me over the noise. Great 241 meal deals Thanks for being attentive

Lunch 14th March 2025 very enjoyable visit !! Service was excellent ... girls were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work !! The pork belly meal was very tasty, well cooked and plentiful !! The only poor element was the ale available .... neckoil is not a pleasant drink .... I suggest a change to Timothy Taylor Landlord or Tribute would be welcomed by any ale drinker !!! We will be back soon !!

Staff were brilliant, no flapping, calm even though it was busy, food arrived in good time, excellent quality for the price, plates were hot, good range of beers and drinks, will go back again.

What a little gem Coventry has! We had a lovely meal here with a friend who was taking part in Iftar - as a non Muslim I wanted to make sure that it was halal and met her requirements. They were so good at answering my questions, and helped me to make sure I was helping my friend with respecting her traditions and beliefs. We will 100% be returning, both with my Halal eating friends and non Halal friends. The food was amazing so fresh and flavourful. The service was top notch couldn’t ask for more. The restaurant its self is lovely really beautiful decor with traditional Lebanese and modern fused together beautifully. I would fully recommend.

Our first visit and definitely won't be our last a great carvery all home cooked and very tasty, fabulous service Becki couldn't do enough for us and always with a smile , the puddings all home made and plentiful and it was in a lovely setting no overcrowding and lovely backdrops to give a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon

Food was wonderful, atmosphere was really lovely and even dog friendly which is always a win.

Amazing food / great vegetarian options and absolutely delicious. Bread with soup was basic will have been nice to have something rustic or brown … soup was very nice Friends had salmon .. the sauce might be better served in a gravy boat ! 2:4:1 offer … please keep it going .. service a little slow .. but just an observation as we will be visiting soon

Had a meal 27th February. Lovely meal and great service. The pub is very cosy.
