First visit to this restaurant and a very pleasant experience. Both waitresses very attentive and affable providing excellent customer service. The food was lovely and really enjoyed the kibbeh. Will definitely visit again.

We had the Tuesday night 241 drinks & meal deal . Excellent food and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back! The room was hot but no problem for us.

The restaurant is too hot. We were all sweating. Food was ok with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful but I wouldn't want to pay full price

Excellent food my only problem was that when you went back for more food you didn’t have any where to put empty dishes so you had to or more plates on your table

We had a 2 for 1 offer which made food reasonable value. Variety on the buffet OK, but others do it better. But the service is not good. Took nearly 30 minutes for us to get our drinks. I wouldn't pay full price.

Four of us ate here before a show,we had booked a table using the 2 for 1 buffet offer.All four of us really enjoyed our food but the service left a lot to be desired.It took about 15 minutes to order drinks at the table and then another 5 mins before two drinks arrived.After about another 10 minutes I went to the bar to explain I was 2 drinks short a few minutes later a drink was brought over and we were told that the other one we wanted had run out,I also asked if we could have a glass for the bottle that was bought over,after another long wait I went to the bar to get a glass myself. At the till when leaving I was charged full cost but when I explained I had booked 2 for 1 it was corrected.Despite the poor service I would book here again as the food was so good and such good value with the offer.

Excellent food and service. Incredible value for money. Only downside is that the air-con wasn't working properly so the temperature was too high. Other than that all first class.

The restaurant was too hot for some reason. If this can be improved that would be great. We have the 2 for 1 discount so it’s an absolute bargain! Food is not the best but acceptable.

This was my second visit, thought I’d give them a go after my first visit when they had not been open for long. Food not good, dry, boring, tasteless. Will not be returning. Went with the 241 deal and would not be happy paying full price.

My birthday lunch We were really impressed by the food, the Sunday roast was superb. Fresh ingredients and piping hot, staff very friendly and courteous. Would definitely visit again

The food - what there was of it - was tasty, well-prepared, and well-presented. However, several of the dishes were sadly unavailable, having run out and not been replenished. I also saw no evidence of the promised "Live Cooking Stations". The environment was generally pleasant - nicely-decorated and airy - though they MUST do something about the air-conditioning! The room was unbearable hot during my visit, and quite uncomfortable; I saw several people either fanning themselves or loosening their collars. The doors to the kitchen were wide open, presumably because there was no ventilation in there either, but that made the guests suffer as well. When I queried this with the Hostess, she told me they had no direct influence over the aircon, it was all controlled centrally by the WAC/University. I felt the overall value for money was good, despite the paucity of dishes available, and I shall be happy to visit again - once the air-conditioning has been sorted out!

Visited for Sunday lunch with my Nan. Wife and son. And could not fault anything at all. Service was great. Drinks were good and the food was excellent!!

I had previously visited your Nottingham branch and was very satisfied with the service and food. Therefore, when I saw the new Warwick branch opening, I immediately made a reservation. However, this visit was quite disappointing. The variety and quantity of food were limited, the taste was average, and the space was rather small. There is a noticeable difference compared to the Nottingham branch. I would honestly prefer to pay a higher price if it meant having more food options and better quality. Additionally, I found the “2 dine for 1” offer to be somewhat unfair, as it only applies to adults. Children are not included in the promotion, and at 140cm, my child was charged £10, while two adults only paid £18.99 in total. This pricing structure seems unreasonable and disappointing.
