Well, what can I say about The FABULOUS Red Lion pub in Corley ! My husband, Grandson and I were staying in a local hotel for the night, but I had decided to look for a local pub in which to eat I felt better food, country pub atmosphere, Christmassy & more laid back & chilled Having googled the area for pubs serving food, I decided on booking The Red Lion, based on photographs of the pub,reviews, & location to our hotel The Red Lion did NOT disappoint The atmosphere was both chilled, relaxed and homely. The interior and restaurant beautifully decorated and the staff friendly and attentive Massive HIGH FIVE to the chef LOUIS He must be mentioned as the food, starters, mains and deserts were absolutely cooked to perfection If we are ever up in the area again, for what ever reason, THE RED LION will be our must go to for food, relaxation and atmosphere Well done all of you ! A fantastic pub and would recommend going there if in the area

Another good evening out. Good service good meals

Booked late and was surprised we could get a table as it was the last Saturday before Christmas. Greeted on arrival and taken to our table and drinks order taken, the drinks took a while to come considering there was not many people in. When she bought our drinks she took our food order which didn't take long - the food was good hot and tasty. My error as I should have asked what veg as not keen on cabbage both green and red, But apart form that all good - Deserts where lovely too... Would I come back - yes I would - and the festive decorations look great. Thanks a lot

Waitresses were so welcoming, with lovely smiles and quick service. Excellent! Food lovely.

Arrived at 14.20 fairly busy but met at door and showed to table. Drinks arrived at table within a few minutes. Ordered from menu and starters arrived in reasonable time. Main courses again arrived in reasonable time. Both meals were excellent as was the starters. The staff were very friendly and efficient despite being rather busy. Really nice meal had and definitely go again

Table for 2 and settled on the Xmas menu, 2 courses for £16. Food was absolutely beautiful, lovely and hot and delicious as usual. Atmosphere always lovely and staff attentive.

Great food and ambience. About 16/17 of us came to dine, quite a loud bunch we were but the service was excellent and patient. Would highly recommend.

The christmas decorations were beautiful & the staff were really friendly. The food was delicious & piping hot. There was a great menu, with lots to choose from. Great variety of drinks as well. Everything was reasonably priced but the small bottles of prosecco were expensive.

Fabulous meal. Well presented, piping hot & plenty of it. Staff were lovely & friendly & efficient. The decoration throughout was beautiful, cannot fault any of it. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic Pub staff are amazing, helpful and friendly, food is fabulous, just a small advisory but a good one to anyone eating here the portions are massive, definitely recommend here

Food was fantastic but the staff let you down as we had to ask for our mains after over 40 mins of waiting and also couldn’t get a drink at the table! When we went to ask where our food was 3 of the staff were just stood chatting! I would understand if it was bust but there was only another couple in the restaurant. Really gutted as we had a really great service and good last time we came.
