Couldn't fault service, drinks or food!

You can not fault the Carvery at The Old Crown Aldermans Green . No 1 Food is fresh No 2 Service was fast and efficient even though it was very busy No 3 The Prices are very reasonable Would recommend 100%

The Old Crown is our go-to choice for a meal out. The food is delicious and the atmosphere friendly and welcoming. We had a meal there last Wednesday with two guests who were very impressed with their meals. We were served by a lovely young lady. It was only her 2nd day in the job and she struggled putting our order on her computer but she got our orders right and was so open and friendly.

We went to the old crown to celebrate my sons holy communion we booked ahead of time as it was highly reccomended ...so glad we did ...from the moment we got there we were greeted at the desk are drinks order taken straight away ...service was fantastic and the food was amazing...we didn't wait long either everyone's plate was cleared even the 2 fussy eaters In the group ...we will defo be coming back again thanks

Good night, quite rowdy at the bar due to an upstairs party. But good food. Had an issue with one of the steaks, and this was dealt with by the team very professionally. Lovely serving team as usual who are always there and happy to help :-)

First time trying a lebanese restaurant and was a very good experience. Dishes had an adequate amount of food, well presented and properly cooked! Service was good though appetisers were served warm(ish).Same with main dishes... Surcharge fee of 3.65£ not mentioned either in menu or website (payed with cash not card) !!! Dinner with "meal deal"(selected dishes only) for 15£ per person... Wide variety of vegetarian/ vegan options. Would try again when visiting the city.

Excellent, friendly & efficient service. Carvery was delicious, plentiful & great value. Had a knickerbocker glory for pudding. It was very large but outstanding. Lovely atmosphere in the pub too. Will definitely be returning…most weeks!

This is my second time visiting The Crown in two weeks. Once again, the food was delicious and the service was great. Can't wait to visit again.

Very disappointing after recommendations from local family expectations were high for a wonderful reunion. Unfortunately the waitress was very intrusive and constantly rushed us to order eat and leave.! The Food was very basic fish and chips with cold peas! Hardly a complicated order . Pudding was satisfactory but the Custard was not hot enough. The waitress ruined the ambience of our evening almost pushing us out the door at 9.30pm as apparently the chief wanted to leave. Would not recommend very poor service.

An excellent bank holiday meal. Excellent service and food. 10 out of 10 every time.

So pleased to find the Aqua retaurant. Having spent quite a time in the Middle East, I was looking forward to my visit to Aqua; I wasn't disappointed. Put simply, the food was delicious, and the ambiance and service brilliant. We shall be back again very soon, insh'Allah.
