A very nice lunch, and good value, but service was so very, very slow - we were there nearly 2 hours for a 2 course lunch, and no apology given for the long wait. Also, very annoying and unpleasant loud music, making chatting with our friends very difficult.

Absolutely fantastic night the staff were amazing couldn’t do enough for us the variety of food was plentiful there was something for everyone and the drinks 2 for 1 added to the night there were 6 of us and we all said we would return

Ok meal but nothing exciting or interesting. Mains lacked a variety of sides, rice or chips being the main offering. Starters selection ok. We liked the potatoes everything else was just ok. The most interesting part was the drinks menu. There was an extensive list of non alcoholic option including wine. We selected a bottle to be told they didn’t have it - in fact the only had one bottle of sparkling wine. So we left that. I asked for a lemonade. No that wasn’t available A coke? not available So I asked what was available - one variety of cola we had never heard of which was heavily advertised in the restaurant. We settled on tap water. Very unlikely to return.

booked a week in advance but seemed a bit of an issue were our table was when we arrived, did not have the full trio of meats as advertised on menu but still charged at same price. The deserts was taking ages to be brought out, and was only brought out when i asked them to cancel them and do my bill after waiting over 40 minutes, I use this place quite often and this is the 1st time i think their standards have slipped and hope it is just a 1 off.

Great food. Fabulous service. Didn't have to wait long for drinks or food. Meals were lovely. Highly recommend

We have never had Lebanese food before and were staying in a hotel nearby and got a Groupon voucher for Aqua. The restaurant was very comfortable, the staff were lovely and explained everything to us. The food was delicious. I had chicken and prawn pasta. There were lots of prawns and the sauce was lovely. My husband had lamb with rice. The rice was very fragrant and the chicken was tender. All 3 courses were very tasty and plentiful. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We were there Wednesday 23rd, I was disappointed with the meal I chose which I have had before, also two other people in the party found the chilli far to spicy and I had recommended it, but it was not as nice as on previous occasions. So disappointed this time

Our night started off great, we started with a bottle of wine. Then ordered our starter and main. The waitress didn’t write anything down but was able to relay what we asked for. We then waited over half an hour for our Prawn cocktail to arrive. When we asked the waiter to check on our starters we were told that the kitchen was having to make up some more prawn cocktail sauce! After our starter, we waited again for our main. When it came out we had veg instead of salad that we requested. And my chips were so hot, like they had been nuked! My mushrooms were also overcooked but I didn’t mind that! My steak was cooked nice though We chose not to have a pudding and to just have a coffee. My wife’s flat white was cold as if made cold! When we asked for it to be changed, I believe it was just microwaved! And my Baileys coffee seemed to be just Baileys and milk with no coffee at all! This place has always been great in the past, hence why we chose to go there this time. It would seem that the old manager Colin had gone! The young waitress was very pleasant but I don’t really rate the rest

Dear Panda Mami Management Team, I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback about my visit yesterday. I say "meal" loosely because I wouldn’t call what we experienced a meal. It was, in all honesty, the worst dining experience I’ve ever had, and I don’t say that lightly. To start with, the starters: missing all the basics, but there were curly fries. Not exactly what you expect at an “authentic” world buffet. The salt and pepper chips resembled Pharaoh’s fingers. dry, ancient, and left out in the sun too long. The hot and spicy chicken wings? I needed a drill to get through the crust, only to discover there wasn’t much chicken there anyway. Spring rolls without any actual vegetables, maybe just “rolls” now? And crab claws so bad even my mother, usually a fan of the frozen variety, couldn’t get through one. No ribs, again, just like the last visit. It’s becoming a tradition. The mains were next-level terrible. Crunchy noodles (and not in the good way), chicken curry that looked like someone had rinsed a dish cloth in yellowish-grey water, beef so tough I considered taking it home to resole my shoes. The mussels? I can only assume they were leftover from last week’s service, possibly preserved in engine oil. Even the ice cream was a let-down, watery and flavourless. But there was a highlight: tinned peaches. Whoever opened that can deserves employee of the month. Now, to be fair, your staff were lovely. One of them even admitted things weren’t up to scratch, which I appreciate the honesty of. We asked for sweet and sour sauce and were handed a sachet of sweet chilli, not quite the same thing, but I respect the effort. We were offered our drinks off the bill, a grand total of two lime and sodas and with some back and forth, two meals were taken off. But really, the entire experience warranted a full refund. It felt like a complete waste: getting ready, driving, paying for parking, all to endure what can only be described as culinary punishment. In short, Panda Mami: please sort it out. And no, there won’t be a next time.

It was the best experience! The food and service was 100% on point. Staff were very nice and accommodating. Food tasted fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Had lunch at Red Lion with friends. It was first visit to the Restaurant. It was a lovely meal. The service was good and the food was really nice and good sized portions. It was good value for money. Lovely surroundings also.

We came for a family meal … it was the second time I’d been… the atmosphere was lovely.. service was great and the Lebanese food is delicious full of flavour. Seating is very comfortable and the vibe adds to the experience. Thank you for a great evening! Highly recommend this place ! Neelam

Lovely atmosphere with a nice calm presentation. Great food with lots of variety. Everything tasted amazing with some lovely desserts. Yes it was warm but there was lots of fans everywhere. Great service and polite staff. Will be back soon

Curry sauce was a bit watery ,duck a bit tough otherwise was excellent, will definitely go back,Staff was Excellent and friendly
