The food was lovely. My dad had a mixed grill and i had a steak- all cooked perfectly. It was a shame that the plate was covered in the “juice” from the steak, meaning anytime i cut it, it was splashed everywhere. The assistant manager, a male with a beard, was extremely nice- which was amazing, and the waiters and waitresses were lovely. But, they never came to check on us and we were left alone for the whole time we were there- which wasn’t helpful when our meals came and then realised about my dad was missing his peas and i had the juice on my plate. a great location, easy to park and easy to find with maps on the phone.

We always have the £18.99 2 x 10 oz steaks incl choice of 1 bottle of house wine. Like everything else due to Covid you wait a bit longer to be served but then the food comes fairly quickly and you will not be disappointed

Firstly chef came out the kitchen with no hat on no mask or hair net! Secondly no filling in the pies just all pastry! Thirdly asked for extra bread and butter and was given 2 rock hard crusts! Would definitely not recommend anyone going! Would like money back because wouldn’t be going back within a heart beat. Thanks!

Wasn't really impressed. I've been to the Ragley boat stop lots over the years , 5 of us came for Dinner Tuesday 16th June. Meals were " ok" , " average" " nothing special ". Felt like the food was microwave & just plonked on the plate. Not alot of thought into presentation. Staff appeared scruffy in appearance. Won't be rushing back, it's lost some of its charm im afraid which is a real pity cause its in a fantastic spot.

Turned up to the boat stop at booked time to be showed to a table that had a dirty napkin underneath.we ordered drink and starter and main on app and starter came out before drinks for saying it was only lemonade and coke took a good 15 to 20 mins to come . When mains came out we asked for some bbq sauce which never appeared .so many flys in the bar couldn’t eat meal with out wafting them away . Won’t be going back there again

good value for money. Service a little slow but worth waiting for.

Was greeted with a warm welcome but when I took dirty glasses back to the bar and asked for clean ones twice I was rudely barked at by the lady who checked us in saying there was no bar service. Fair enough with Covid I understand but didn’t think at the time and the barman was happy enough to swap them without saying anything. I found her rude and unpleasant so we left and went to the Bubble Inn. Great food there and friendly staff!

So we have been to the Ragley Boat Stop a few times, tbh, it's been hit and miss. We went yesterday and low and behold, the serve yourself at the table app is the first thing they said. We actually said we'd rather have someone take our order, my mum was paying and didn't have an app or anything or even know what a QR code is so it's easier for her. Anyway, they said that's fine and someone will be there in a couple of mins, nearly 15 mins later still no one so we had to flag down a waiter. Order took and a few mins later drinks came....oh and they really did, they were dropped from the tray and my husband unfortunately took nearly all of them down him, he was absolutely soaked with a pint of cider and 2 cokes. Needless to say, the happiness level dropped and we requested a new table. Once moved we had our drinks but my mum kindly asked out of good will that we not be charged for the drinks, we didn't expect to have them tipped over one of us after all. They did oblige but from that moment on, the waiter came with the bill before we'd even had our food, face like thunder, avoiding all eye contact and general bad attitude. Not once did anyone ask if our food was ok during the meal, it's as if the manager had said to the waiter to give us free drinks, get us to pay and be done with us without any more. What if we'd wanted more drinks or pudding? Could we have not paid for it all at once? Despite that, the food was ok, tho my mum said hers was tasty, her pasta carbonara was quite firm. With free drinks, the experience was ok, things may have been different if they hadn't compensated for my soggy husband, where he spent the meal feeling like he'd been on a log flume.

The staff are lovely and very helpful, meals are good but they no longer do the dinner time £6 menu which was perfect for my 85 & 83 year old in laws who don’t eat large meals. They now only do the main menu even though the website says the £6 menu is an option. Also some new chairs or cushions would no go a miss as the chairs are extremely uncomfortable.

It was ok, the food and portion sizes were small and dry and the toffee cheesecake sounded nice but wouldn’t have again, the beer was watery, overall not a great experience :(

Booked for a Tuesday evening, very easy to do via the app. Staff great as usual, easy to place order via app, happy with the food and speed of service

Really disappointed in my meal I had which was chicken Parma, I couldn’t see the chicken for cheese,it looked like a plate of vomit ,I know it said with cheese but that was over the top, I couldn’t eat it so thought I’d have a pudding,I had the cheese cake,it tasted like a biscuit does when it’s gone soft,it was like a cheap frozen flat tesco one ,so only ended up eating the ice cream,we had won a bottle of Prosecco over Christmas on a raffle and was really looking forward to the evening,I know you need to claw back some money but cheap food isn’t one way

Pro: - Food was quick to arrive Cons: - Drinks came 20 after food arrived - Fiddly app having to register to order as they weren’t taking normal ordering - Sounded like a children play area - Child coughing over tables whilst wandering around area Advice: great for kids, bring ear plug or paracetamol

Food was lovely even though my 3 year old had more chips than the adults put together. Sadly what let out whole experience down was the greeting from your front of house he was rude and abrupt I take covid rules seriously but been told to show my check in rudely is a first for me and his whole attitude as we We’re shown to our table he pointed at the code on table and we were told we have to order on app which is fine but if I was alderly or hadn’t got a clue how I’d of been lost . Every time I’ve visited the venue I’ve never felt unwelcome but this time I did we won’t be back !

It was...OK. Food arrived quickly, as expected, standard chain pub grub. Staff were fairly attentive. It was pretty empty, we were seated with a view of the car park. Our spoons weren't very clean and when had a coffee after lunch the cups hadn't been washed properly - there was a coffee tide mark half way down as we drank and the outside of the cups had lots of little dried coffee splashes on them. I realise staff might well be new and pubs have had it hard, but cleanliness is baseline really. .

Food was great value for money. Could have done with a better choice of cask ales. The app was a bit sluggish but staff were very friendly and helpful.
