Called at Marr Lodge two weeks ago . we have been several times in the past and always been happy. this day we ordered and were advised that they had no new potatoes I was surprised to be told I could have a jacket potato but it would be £1 extra I also ordered fish and chips, this arrived but the fish was all batter and the chips were nearly I cut into the piece of batter to find hardly any fish I Understand Marr Lodge is under new management but this customer will not be visiting again Poor food ,bar staff trying to cope with serving drinks and food ,come on new management buck up please

We have visited on numerous occasions and have never been disappointed........excellent food, superb service and lovely atmosphere and surroundings......highly recommended!!!! You have to try the Blackrock Grill at least once!!!!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!!!! This place is lousy - service is appalling, food is really bad - served cold and why they bother trying to pass off ready made "Bird's Eye" type burgers and oven fries as something their 'chefs' have cooked is beyond belief. Not worth any stars on a rating scale. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs!!

I have tried it last week, great food, thanks! I am from Riga, if i visit Doncaster again for sure visit ya too! Place is fantastic!

We had a home delivery from here on Thursday 29th Sept , I can with all honesty say that it was Disgusting £31 it had cost usso be warned !! don't waste your money !!

We have had a meal there more times that we can remember and never had a bad meal yet. We think the food and service is amazing and would recommend Fratellis to anyone that doesn't want to be disappointed.

We visit the Trattoria regularly and always receive a warm welcome from Dino and his staff. We are made to feel like friends rather than customers and always enjoy our evening. The friendly atmosphere is complemented by very good, reasonably priced food. The calzone in particular is always excellent and is our personal favourite. Round off the night with some flavoured Sambuca and you are guaranteed a good night out!

I would recommend TIPSY to anyone, its a must. Food is fab,tried most things on menu...and service is excellent.

Excellent. Value for money. Good varied menu. Beer battered fish to die for . No booking a minor inconvenience but 20min wait is worth it.

Consistently good sometimes superb. Fresh takes time! Can be overstretched. It's usually well worth a wait.

If you want a break from "chain" food, you cant beat the Bay Horse. You wont get poncy menu's full of far to many describing words, what this pub relies upon is the quality of its food, its beer and its service. Its what used to be called a traditional pub with a mix of bar banter and best end warmth..... people should always ensure they try the specials board, the Black Sheep beer and if they get chance pop in for a quiz night. If you are a visitor to Doncaster or around the Hatfield area if you want some decent food and decent company then come to this pub !! However, all visitors must remember.... no bad language is allowed in this pub....

After going to Doncaster for the weekend, with my wife we decided to try Cactus Jacks as we love Mexican food , we read all the good reviews , so all was good, we called into the restaurant at 10pm Sunday to be told by the waitress the kitchen has just closed at ten oclock, sorry try somewhere else ! Now perhaps you might say I should of rang & booked a table maybe, but it states its open until 11pm , now when we got there at 10pm ,they only had around 6 people in so it was not exactly full was it, Does this restaurant want any of my business or not? we are a sensible mature couple who just wanted a quiet meal. so that's it..........thanks.

Turkey undercooked on two occasions. Food lukewarm, gravy too thick. Used to be excellent. ?? new chefs ?? new staff

Fantastic love it great friendly staff , not been for a while . Must book soon .

well where do i begin it is one of finest Indian restaurant in doncaster, menu has variety of dishes to suit your taste also waiters very polite and chef's an amazing cook 5 stars
