Fantastic location even if the sun wasn't shining, the wild sea views were spectacular. Food was excellent along with the service and atmosphere especially being the last weekend before Christmas and we were treated to Christmas carols which were sung by a local group. Great place to take the whole family and will definitely be visiting By the Bay again.

Fantastic location, affordable and great food. Friendly staff and really relaxing environment. Evening meals are delicious & good value and on Friday's in December there's a table top magician doing the rounds who is fantastic - a fab and fun evening out for family or friends in the run up to Christmas!

Good portions, friendly to families, near the beach and quite reasonably priced!

Very average restaurant, friendly staff but food is gastronomically expensive, the quantity of the food is less too. Even though the food's really good its not worth the price we paid for.

A really good Indian Resaurant. Well prepared and presented food and friendly service. Booking is essential during the season but just drop in out of season.

You will find it has changed names now. It's now called the Pizza and Steak House 01297 444788. The ambience is great in this small resaurant. The food is good and reasonably priced. The service is good and unsophisticated! You will have to book during the majority of the season to get a table. It's location is just off the high street and is a great little hide away!
