Booked a table at Stefanis online through sugarvine some 2 months ago!! Arrived in ample time and sat outside with drinks until our table booked for 6.15 pm was ready. We ordered starters and drinks almost immediately , giving our choices for pizzas etc at same time. we finished our starters by 6.45….but with no further food arriving ..we needed to leave at 7.40. When we asked why our mains had not been delivered, we were apologised to, but told that even at this late stage they hadn’t been prepared.. When we took our seats in the restaurant at 6.15 there were only 6/8 other people seated . This was appalling service, given that I had booked months ago, arrived early, chose our food promptly, but then got completely overlooked. This was not the pre show meal we envisaged and planned for and left us with no other suitable food availability given that Stefanis was chosen for its Vegan option for 1 member of our group. This is not the level of service we have experienced before, and reluctantly we doubt very much we will visit again.Not sure where the Manager who was present in July this year now is, but the entire experience this time was a total disappointment . Lack of any courtesy or sincere sounding apologies from staff who failed to notice our delay until it was too late, despite us asking twice what the delay was with our food order.

We ordered the seafood boil and it was beautiful, the lobster was prepared for us and the value for money is amazing. We ordered pizzas and spaghetti bolognese and that was equally satisfying. I had my house wine upgraded as they had ran out, free of charge, which I thought was lovely. I would definitely recommend and will be visiting again.
Juicy Lobster – BlackpoolLove this gorgeous little Italian in Blackpool. My friend said it was the best pizza she thinks she's ever had! Perfect for a meal before the theatre, or night out. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Don't tell everyone, as I like to be able to get a table!

I opened it and found a big bug inside the corn on the cob that put me off from eating anymore of the seafood boil (and there was a lot left).
