had two lovely meals and would highly recommend this restaurant to my friends and family very good food for the price all staff have been very helpful in my two recent visits

I have been using the Papreeka restaurant for many years now and I have never had a bad meal, not even an average meal, every time ive been and sat down or had a takeaway the food has been absolutely outstanding! This is by far my favourite Indian restaurant (and ive been to a few!)

Fab meal at tremendous value with great views of the river and Newcastle. One to be recommended.

A jolly good time and a jolly good meal, the food here is eggsecptional! ricetastique, chilli-beefuberant! Try the wan ton, it leaves you suey!

I Deon Went 2 taybarns for my 13 birthday on the 26th feb 09 it was very posh looking and it was very clean all the workers were very kind & friendly and now in English we have to choose 1 restaurant that we want to do a report on and i have choose taybarns but the only thing i wasn't happy about was the PLATES!!! some of the plate wore dirty and had bits off food stuck to them ewww! but never mind i enjoyed my self for my 13th also there was a lot of my friends who came there was me,13 friends,mam,dad,nana and we all enjoyed itt! and a big thank you to you all we really enjoyed it thanks to the taybarns team xx

RETURNED AFTER SOME YEARS AWAY , FOOD FANTASTIC PIZZA , PASTA SO MUCH SO WENT FOR TRAD SUNDAY DINNER , LONG TIME SINCE I FOUND A DINNER LIKE IT . FOUND MY NEW LOCAL CHEERS FOR GREAT FOOD.

The best indian in the area - gorgeous menu with lots of variety. Every dish is prepared using fresh ingredients, herbs etc and the chef is more than happy to alter to individuals preferences. The garlic crab starter is a favourite of mine, beautiful. The staff are attentive and polite and the decor is modern and comfortable...somewhere to sit and enjoy a few hours. Excellent value for money, try it!

wonderful selection of food, amazingly veggies get a choice instead of usual veg curry, mushroom stroganoff etc you know what i mean. Last week the fire alarm went off while we were there the staff were so efficient and knew how to evacuate the building in record time, well trained. Top Marks to Taybarns

I don't think you can go wrong giving Nisha's a try. It's a little off the beaten track but well worth a visit. The food is great, and there is a nice atmosphere about the place. If you love Indian food then this is the place for you.

top place the food is fantastic what ever you order,Ive used it for 2 year and haven't had a bad meal yet,if you like them hot i highly recommend the chicken phall its to die for

Sunday Carvery @ the sage - Northumberland beef fantastic, the yorkshire pud was unreal and the gravy worth coming back for!

taybarns is a very good restaurant and I would recommend this restaurant to any food lovers because it has a good variety of foods from meat to vegetarian foods.

Having just eaten at the Sage restaurant i have to say the service was excellent & the food was local and well served. Highly suggest the northumberland cheese platter! great

I am totally impressed with this restaurant for varieties of food, as a family we can't always agree on where to go to eat. This offers a wide range so everyone is happy. However we visited on a busy Tuesday and the tables had not been cleared of plates, there was discarded food on the floor which had not been picked up. I realise the place was heaving but cleanliness should not be overlooked. Having found a table ourselves we then had to clean it ourselves. There was a lack of staff on tables and cleaning. So beware when busy you will sit in filth.

have been going to napoli for some months now one of which was valentines weekend have to say er in doors was well impressed with the lengths i went to ( or should i say the staff , free champers on arrival a fantastic meal comp chocs and a rose for the lady) in the name of love. once again i was also impressed and will return keep it up nappers.

Curry hut is fantastic. Used this place all the time when i lived that side of the water. Lovely food (better at weekends) maybe a different head chef?! Always pleased with food no matter what i ordered.

Paprika is the best Indian restaurant in the Newcastle area, i eat there most weeks and have never had a bad or even medioca meal. i would recommend the kuri, the spices and flavors are tremendous, my partner gets the madras and again second to none! malik is the host and is very accommodating but not in your face, i love eating there and will be going there for years to come. Keep up the good work guys.
