My husband and I and friends have a pub roast dinner on a regular basis, and have done so for twenty years. Yesterday's Roast Beef dinner at the Mason's arms was probably the best we have ever had. Would not hesitate to go back again.

Visited for the first time on the weekend and couldn’t fault it. Staff were all lovely, food was great (and really accommodating for a coeliac), everything was kept clean, garden was great. Will definitely return!

Another amazing Sunday lunch, always simply the best. 7 of us, all extremely happy yet again with a superb Sunday roast. Both the good and the service is consistantly brilliant.

We had 2 great meals at the Wine Shack (May 11th and 12th) whilst of Vacation, The food was 1st class, the Owners and Staff are top notch helpful and super friendly add to that a great vibe all just perfect for a lovely evening. One other point the wine list is superb maybe one of the most comprehensive we have seen add to that the knowledge of Wine Shack adds up to a superb evening.

Early evening meal for 5 was very good. And a good price.

I Mistakenly booked for the following Sunday but they managed to giggle things around and fit our party of 7 in absolute stars, can only say good things about this place we have been here numerous times over the twenty plus years Mom has lived in Coleford and now that time has come to an end it’s one of the many things we shall miss as we live in the Westmidlands though would come down just to eat here, food excellent, service efficient and friendly not many places manage the two together, atmosphere warm and welcoming, food not had a bad meal yet highly recommend.

Excellent value for a traditional Sunday roast. Food was very good indeed. Service was excellent too. All in all a thoroughly good Sunday treat for a 65th birthday. Cheers

Had a lovely meal. Food was very good. Only criticism was upon checking the bill at home later noticed we had been overcharged so very disappointed. Will make sure I check the bill more thoroughly before paying. Make a point of checking every item on the bill

Fantastic pizza as always. Never tasted pizza's that are so delicious won't go anywhere now other that settebello. Staff are always lovely and attentive. Fab atmosphere. Highly recommended.
