What dining experience ! My wife ordered the sea bass I went with the carvery we ordered the drinks they came in record time after that it was downhill all the way We waited and waited no explanation on why we were not served That's when I said enough is enough and asked for the bill for the drinks that took five mins to arrive the total time we wasted in the restaurant was 1 hour 15 mins If that is what you call service its about time someone got a rocket upn there arse We will not use this place again you get better service at KFC Chris Acaster

What a place, Ginas stew and dumplings is to die for. They do special nights from Polish, Mexican, Fish, etc etc always great and really great value for money. Sunday carvery is always busy. the food is home baked not the plastic stuff that sometimes appears in other places. Specials are on a board every night with the average price being well under £10 and there's no scrimping on the size or the taste. All in all a great little pub that also does great real ales.. what more could anybody ask for !!

Regent Fisheries serves the tastiest fish and chips that I know of in this area. Portions are generous, with the fish and its batter cooked to perfection. No greasy, soggy chips here as they are also cooked to the same high standard. The only downside is that the shop is closed all day Monday and has shorter opening hours than others in the ares.

The food, the service and the atmosphere were all excellent. The staff were attentive without being overbearing. They were pleasant and considerate. All the food was beautifully presented and the tastes were rich and delicate. We had the salmon, the chicken and the steak and shallot pie. The passion fruit parfait was light and fruity. We will definitely be returning.

totally terrible food, the manager is so arrogant,not helpful in any way,i have to say this is the worst bar i ever been to and will not be returning in the nr future

the dishes are prepared with as much of the local produce they can , and the favours are amazing. They get very busy (they are very popular as a bar too) so if you are planing on going BOOK!

always good and always welcoming. small but not to be underestimated . the liver starter is fab. give it a go.

The first point to make is , this is a hotel . The food is none offensive and as diverse as you would expect for a place serving late night workers and regular diners . So i feel telling you what to expect with the food would be picky at best for a place that doesn't shoot for the stars . Its good but nothing more then average . An intimate dinner with a loved one? this might not be the right venue . The list of rules and regulations on the menu (designed for large groups i assume ) can make u feel very uncomfortable. But go and check it out , it doesnt claim to be the best , which could be its finest quality . There is something playful amongst the waiting staff that gives a warm feeling , almost as if they enjoy what they do , a rare quality in waiting staff .

We visited the woodside 2 weeks ago and went for Sunday lunch. The carvery looked amazing and all really fresh. The staff were very friendly even though they were extremely busy. We had a great carvery Sunday dinner and dessert. We will definitely be back

Took my mum to this restaurant for Mother's Day. A dreadful start as our table that had been pre-booked was given to another party and staff then trying to find room for us. We were seated and I must say the meal and all the staff were fantastic. Great fresh food and great value for money. All in my party had a great time and will definitely visit again very soon.

This is the best curry house in Leeds and Bradford. It is a bring-your-own alcohol restaurant, and you can bring drinks in from the pub next door. Abdul, Reg and the rest of his family are great. Don't just stick to the regular dishes, try the fish and liver dishes, they are delicious. You are never meant to feel rushed (unlike some other restaurant chains). As a regular curry eater for over 30 years, this is the best you can get.

have enjoyed a nice meal here, nothing too fantastic though. I walked past before I went to eat in the restaurant and they really need to do something about having their staff sat outside the front door smoking.....it did not give a good impression !

Not a recommendation - Please pass on to manager or chef. I work for the architects next door. Service - very good Environment - very good Food - disgustingly awfully terrible Stater - Flatbread stater. 1 Tortilla??? in escence it is flat and bread. but u gotta be kidding me? The others were just simply terrible. I was going to organise our works christmas party.. to go have tapas at medusa, but unless a chef is hired i simply cannot.

Exceptional - Cafe Marinetti quite simply over achieves on every level! The smile on (head chef and owner) Mario's face as he surveys his customers appreciating all that is good about Italian food exemplifies his family's true passion for delivering a marvellous dining experience. We went last weekend and again for lunch this week. Too much of a good thing? Never!!

We had our annual dinner for 37 of us and couldn't have wished for a better evening. The welcome was warm, the staff attentive and the clean plates said it all. We had the upstairs room to ourselves and for a group of this size to be so cheerful and complimentary at the end of the evening is a real tribute to Cafe Marinetti.

Can I just say that this place is one of the nicest places I have ever had the pleasure in visiting, the warm friendly atmosphere means that you can enjoy a bite to eat in your lunch hour or spend a great evening enjoying delicious fresh food, ladies if you want to dine alone in your lunch hour and feel comfortable come to this restaurant and enjoy the great food and excellent value for money!!! Also thank you for the cookie!!!!!
