I attended a wedding here and stayed overnight. Everything was fantastic. The only downfall is that I was going to book my wedding her but they are not too keen on a lot of children attending, which is inconvenient since there are 50 nieces and nephews in our family.
Corn Mill Lodge Hotel and Restaurant – HorsforthLovely food at various prices. Pizza only £5. Menu ranges from standard Italian to the more unusual (the last starter I had was a halved peach with tuna mayo and asparagus spears !?!). Fantastic service.
Cafe Marinetti – HorsforthWe ate here on Saturday evening, were booked in for 9pm but struggled parking. When we arrived 10 mins late the restaurant was full and the table had been kept ! The atmosphere inside this particular night was buzzing to loud, we found it difficult to chat normally but would say that this was down to people enjoying the evening, not being over-boystrous. Good selection of starters and mains, the specials were particularly good, though limited by 9pm. The Duck was excellent and the meal in general was very good. The house red (Merlot) is well priced and tasty.

IF YOU GO FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE MEALS LIKE FISH THEN YOUR GOING TO PAY MORE BUT IF JUST HAVE PASTA AND PIZZA IT'S GREAT. CHEAPER THAN THE OTHER 2 ITALIANS IN HORSFORTH FAT FRANCOS AND LUIGI'S LSO CHEAPER FOR PIZZA THAN THE OUTSIDE INN WHICH IS NOT GOOD AT ALL
