March 24. Had a wonderful meal here. Amazing food and attentive service. The owner made an effort to speak with all diners. We had a range of chicken, beef and fish dishes, followed by the mixed desserts. All was wonderful and good value

Hugely impressed by the quality of food. Extremely tasty and well presented. I wish I had been eating with others so I could have tried more dishes as so many were tempting. Super friendly service. And dog friendly. Will definitely be coming again when I am next in Ilkley.

Wonderful food in a relaxed setting - best restaurant in Ilkley, although a bit pricey.

5 of us had a fantastic meal at Brooks yesterday evening. The food was lovely. It was great to be able to try so many different dishes. We ate the lot ! Lovely atmosphere and good service. We felt the price was very reasonable. It was my third visit and I’ll be going many times ! Thank you for a lovely evening.

Just Wow Amazing food here, it was highly recommended but you never know til you visit yourself. It went beyond expectations and worth every penny. How wonderful to see a menu so different with all we had being totally delicious. Amazing and perfect

First time for us. We enjoyed the flavours of the interesting tapas dishes. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We will definitely come again!

Amazing food and fantasic service.

Visited for the first time on the 21st February. The whole experience was outstanding. The food was exquisite and the service fantastic. Definitely will be back and highly recommend a visit.

The food at Brooks is delicious. It is beautifully prepared, presented well and tastes really good. Each dish is distinctive and the flavours and textures work well. We ate from the fish and vegetarian menus. The hake was lovely and the vegetarian dishes were outstanding. We were not so sure about the ‘ambience’ of the restaurant. We were seated upstairs and the music was too loud making it difficult to hear each other talk. Also the lighting was too bright which made it hard to feel we had an intimate space to talk and relax. We were also really conscious of people moving around and passing our table the whole time. I think the ambience needs to be improved. Service was good.

We love this place and would recommend to anyone who likes something different, excellent variety of dishes and hood portion size even though they are small plates Amazing service too especially as they returned my scarf to me which I had left in October! What a SUPERB evening. Not only was the food delicious, the wine was tasty and Sudu and Phil are wonderful hosts. A great night had by all. xx

Excellent food, service, spacious, and enjoyed the discreet but uplifting music.

Our first visit as a birthday treat. Great food, service was terrific and the restaurant really nicely fitted out. There was plenty of space on our table for the four of us (we were on the 1st floor) and all our dishes. We had 9 or 10 dishes between us and the desserts were amazing. We'll be back soon!

Second visit in the last 3 months that we've visited Brookes Tapas to have a meal there. Both times have been superb. Staff are courteous and provide a very friendly welcome when you enter the Restaurant. Service is first class with the staff very attentive to all your requests and nothing is too much trouble. The dishes that we had were delicious and extremely tasty. Certainly go back again

Interesting tapas menu, loved the aubergine and green beans with cashew nut dishes. All very tasty, good service and great to be able to bring the dog. Rather expensive, I would definitely go more frequently if it was say 10%cheaper or there were fixed price menu options.
