First visit !enjoyed it!

The food was delicious and really unique - makes me want to take a trip to Sri Lanka! Service was also spot on.

A group of us visited Brooks last month and had a very enjoyable lunch here. The service was very good and the food delicious.

Super food, friendly service Will ask to be in a booth next time but overall a great experience

Lovely interior and comfortable seating. The table was a decent size for multiple tapas plates. The staff were attentive and friendly and offered good advice on whether we had ordered sufficient food for the four of us. The food itself was well presented and very tasty and not overly spicy. The devilled beef in particular was delicious but all the dishes were spot on. Another visit is on the cards to test out some of the other lovely sounding dishes on the menu.

Visited Brooke’s on a Saturday evening and atmosphere in the restaurant was great. Staff were superb and the overall vibe was excellent. The food we ordered was very tasty and beautifully presented. However, I think we ordered poorly as all our dishes were quite dry and when having a side dish of rice it all became very hard to eat. We felt most of the dishes we ordered needed more sauce to them, if having rice as a side dish.

First time visit to Brooks. The restaurant gave good vibes as you walked in, clean and tasteful decor, background music just that. The food lived up to the promise of the room. We shared an excellent assortment of tapas from a sharing plate and then had room for another standard tapas. The food was mid and full of flavour. It was well presented and the staff were very helpful in making our meal choices. The food was washed down with an excellent Spanish lager plus a Sir Lankan beer, the latter was a bit disappointing. We enjoyed our meal and the ambience of the restaurant, will go there again.

Saturday evening meal on recommendation. Didn’t disappoint. Lovely interior and staff were very welcoming. Explained the menu well. Food was incredible, well cooked and tasty. A couple of items had sold out but there is plenty of choice so it wasn’t a problem Will definitely go back and will recommend.

Always class food; we went on sunday and had a lovely meal. Great choices and always nice as its a break from the norm. Haven't been to the new venue before and we were really impressed. Staff lovely and felt like great value for money. 5 star give it a go; you won't be disappointed. Jon and Justine

As usual a great evening at Brooks, superb meal and as always super service from the team. Took my sister and brother in law for the first time, they were super impressed.

Fabulous meal and attentive service . We will definitely be back! Some dishes a little pricey but excellent quality. Only negative is that there was a 10% gratuity listed at the bottom of the bill. Ofcourse we know it is optional but there is no need to show it.

Superb ! Best food I've eaten in a long time. Authentic ... great for vegetarians ... service is fab and as it's family run it was so nice to chat to the owner and her lovely daughter Emma. 100% recommend and can't wait to come back for more xxx I did like the cosiness of the previous premises but totally see why they needed more space as the food is just soo good

A beautiful experience. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. It felt a really special place with a lovely atmosphere with a nice family feel too. It is one of the best places I’ve been. The food was amazing. Every dish was delicious. Absolutely can’t wait to return

I went last Friday with 3 friends, the new restaurant is spacious and has a lovely atmosphere, the food was excellent, we all enjoyed what we had to eat. The service was let down after we had enjoyed starters and main course, the staff cleared all the dishes away but then they didn’t ask if we wanted the dessert menu or coffee, we had to ask. Possibly they have a lot of new young staff and a little more training required.

We took two friends who were blown away by the brilliance of the food - so many distinctive, intense and wonderful flavours. A lovely atmosphere and service all made for a great evening.
