Binella – FavershamLovely cafe...great value for money and the food is good too. Lovely staff who are always friendly. Food is never disappointing and it arrives without a long wait.Very clean and well worth a visit. Great coffee too...****
Swan Cafe – FavershamLast night I took my family to Read's Restaurant for my daughter's 18th birthday. I can only describe this as one the worst culinary experiences of my life. The service was, at best, poor. The food was late, bland, over cooked and tasteless. When I complained, the owner was, what I could only call, rude. It was so bad that we didn't even make desert, and this has shattered my faith in the Michelin Star system.
Reads Restaurant – FavershamThis pub is a hidden gem. The staff are friendly and make you really welcome and the food is delicious. I am surprised it hasn't been written about on the Sugarvine website before. Must try. You will be pleasantly surprised.
The Red Lion – FavershamJust Fantastic
The Albion Taverna – FavershamThis is a superb coffee bar/cafe..Brand new decor and very spacious and pleasing on the eye. The staff are very friendly and are always happy to accommodate, they have disabled toilet and a baby changing station, which help my wife and the little one. They do home made specials (lasagna/curry/pies) which are very tasty and very generous in portion size, including a tea or coffee you can have one of these for under £6.00!! The roast are 'massive' lamb, chicken or beef, Yorkshire, potatoes veg again with a tea or coffee (made with full milk) will set you back (or forward should i say) again less than £6.00!! Get down to the SWAN CAFE in faversham and choose from all day breakfasts, home made specials, cod/haddock or a traditional roast!! I went as a family of 6 and had drinks/main & dessert for about £8.00 a head, now that's value.
Swan Cafe – FavershamWhat a gem! Great steak and a lovely pint or real ale. Friend had the goats cheese tart also great. Sat in the garden and enjoyed the sunshine. Staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend
The Old Wine Vaults – FavershamThis is a high class cafe/coffee bar with brand new decor and friendly staff. The food is amazing and the menu is never ending. However they are extremely good value for money and a family of 4 can eat and drink and get full for under £25 no problems....
Swan Cafe – FavershamI visited this cafe with my family the other day, and found the decor and general ambiance pleasing. The menu is huge, with a large choice of all day breakfasts, burgers, grills, and some more traditional meals. Food was very good, staff prompt and very reasonably priced, (e.g Cappuccino £1.20) and generous portions, definitely go again :).
Swan Cafe – FavershamTo my mind, the best Indian in Faversham if not the whole of Kent. How many other curry houses offer their own cookery courses? £35 for an hour's course and that includes a meal for 2. Bargain. The menu includes a number of authentic Bangladeshi fish recipes such as the Bowal in its Fish Bhuna, Chital Kofta minced fish balls, Roopchanda Ocean and has a number of scallop, squid, trout and salmon options plus its signature dish, the Prince of India Sea Food Safari ?? an infusion of scallops, squid, king prawn marinated and cooked in Bhuna spices. experience of running successful Indian restaurants. The restaurant has Monday and Thursday night banquets for £9.95 They deliver to Faversham, Boughton, Painter Forstal, Selling, Oare, Dunkirk and Luddenham and chuck in loads of free goodies, especially on larger orders.
Prince of India – FavershamExcellent traditional British pub. The lunchtime menu (all £5) is absolutely wonderful and wholly recommended
Crown and Anchor – FavershamThis is the new talk of town!!! The brand spanking new cafe serves BIG PORTIONS at very reasonable cost, lovely staff, lovely food, can't wait for it to open tomorrow morning to have my lovely big breakfast and they do a mean Sunday roast too!!
Swan Cafe – FavershamLovely town centre pub, huge garden and great choice of wine. Cask condition beers, well kept, really good food. Looks a little place from the front that opens up to a big pub, all beams and floor boards, but bright and fresh.
The Old Wine Vaults – FavershamThe best i have used for a long time, if you like good food with good service this is the one for you
India Royal – FavershamIf any restaurant in this town should be recommended it is certainly the spice lounge as it is renowned for good food and excellent service it blows the other 3 Indians in the town out of the water, we were regulars of another Indian, but a friend recommended this restaurant, so we payed it a visit and haven't looked back, we would like to thank all at the restaurant for such enjoyable visit, we will certainly be in to see you all soon.
Spice Lounge – FavershamI dine quite regularly in this restaurant and have not once been let down, not only is the interior impeccable and the service 5 stars, and there is no way to describe how good the food is, as i wouldn't be able to give it the justice it deserves about how good it is i give it 5 stars all round. The owners have done a small town proud by bringing such a different experience to the town, i really could write all day about the restaurant but at no point could i get the point across i give it 5 stars all around
Spice Lounge – FavershamTiny little family run place in the middle of nowhere with good food that's a cut above the average.
The Dove Inn – Faversham
