Excellent service and communication – Attended for a team lunch on 8 July and the team were so friendly and welcoming. Chelsea made the booking process easy and stress-free, keeping in regular contact in the lead-up to our visit. The food was really nice, and the staff were extremely friendly. Thank you!

Excellent service- sat outside in the sunshine and was never forgotten- drinks and food great and delivered promptly. Even better got to pay with QR code which made it super easy.

The staff were super attentive and very pleasant as always. i was dining outside but when i came to order at the bar there was a short queue but the male waiter came and took my order so i didn't have to queue. Food was lovely as always,

The customers at this venue are predominantly people who work in the offices in the vicinity. However I’m retired but have still been several times with a friend who’s also retired. This time I went with my daughter who’s a teacher and both my friend and daughter like it as much as I do. The food is excellent and good value for money. I can’t wait for my next visit.

Birthday meal on 25 March - even though our booking was for 5 we arrived at 4 and was able to be seated/served. We had the cajun grilled chicken and lamb koftas with onion rings and loaded fries, beautiful/fresh and very tasty. Excellent food and service and spotlessly clean.

Ordered grilled chicken, was asked if I wanted seasoning, I asked what it was and told salt and pepper, unfortunately when it turned up it clearly had chilli flakes on it. I am allergic to chilli so had to send it back. Nowhere was it stated that this dish contained chilli. I had to wait a further 25 minutes to get my food (I had been told 10 minutes) and had to take it to go because I had to go back to work. My companion had to eat alone whilst i waited. The replacement chicken had never been near a grill and was pale and insipid looking and not very appetising All in all a bad experience. There was no allowance made for this on the bill.

Food and staff are fabulous - we just struggle with the time as we only have 1 hours and even if we order on arrival food at the first sitting we still await a good 35 - 40mins then we are rushing I wish we could pre-order

Lovely food and excellent service from our waitress. The food arrived really quickly and it was really kind of the staff to adjust a menu item for my friend's daughter.

Great service, lovely food and inviting environment. There were 4 in our party and everyone delighted with their chosen meal and enjoyed the evening. Importantly, fabulous value for money. It's great to go to a restaurant and be able to choose to tip rather than 'service charge' being added automatically. The young ladies who served us deserved their generous tip.
