We ate there for my son's 18th birthday food was very average but not cheap, unfortunately all 4 of us suffered from a very bad stomach upset within 8 hours of eating. We won't be going back!

Great restaurant. Quality of food was really good. Good service - we were told what was on special and what was not available that day. A good atmosphere. I hope they can maintain such high standards.

Terrrble. So disappointing, the food was hardly edible steak was mainly gristle and so tough, the whitebait cooked to a cinder. I suspect they buy very cheap meat. My advice is find somewhere else. We will not be going back.

We always enjoy our visits to this local Inn and our banter with Phil! Excellent food and service and what can we say about those wonderful cappuccinnos! Looking forward to our next visit which won't be long.

I live near this pub and it is now a bikers pub with bikes arriving and leaving at all hours swearing and shouting.

We love this excellent cafe. All the food is home made and of very high standards. Long may this continue to do well!! If you ain't tried it yet go, just go!!

we went to cactus jack's for the first time on sat 5 may,we can honestly say it was fantastic,food was spot on, service was spot on,and the price was reasonable, all in all it was a good night,will definitely recommend it , and go back again. 10 out of 10

Sorry this is not a review as I have not yet visited your Pub but through rave reviews from my sister who has visited you on several occasions, we are all visiting on Saturday 17th March 2012 for the celebration of my sister's 60th birthday

Lucia's is our favourite Fantastic night last Saturday with the staff under the demonic vamp Lindsay - attentive as ever. Great food, great night!!!

Had a meal there in January 2011 and going back on Friday (11/2/11) There were 10 of us in the party but we did not have to wait too long for a table. All staff were helpful and attentive. All food was served hot and with good portions and was delicious. Looking forward to our next meal.

Food was lovely and so was the atmosphere, did feel a bit forgotten to the back end of the meal. possibly because we were sat upstairs at the very end near the mirror and there was a big party on the middle table. I do always like soft lighting when eating out on an evening but on the area to the far end 1st floor where our table was it could do with a bit more lighting but no too much!! Is there anyway outside could be fully glazed and heated. i would have loved to eat in this area if it was more permanent even in the winter? Overall opinion is this is the best restaurant in Beverley by far and we will be eating at Lucia''s many more times to come as well as recommending others.

Excellent restaurant, staff very friendly and efficient, food great and very good value. Outside eating great even in cold weather as more than adequate heaters very nice continental atmosphere. I have eaten here several times and always great.

Highly recommended atmosphere is fantastic and food and wine very good.

Great atmosphere, lovely food. Loving the blankets for those sat out side, very warm and Cosy with lots of heaters. Staff give just the right amount of attention too. Highly recommended will go again soon.

lovely country pub setting very much similar to the star inn at harome. Food was a delight with good selection choice. We were able to stay the night although there are only 2 rooms so book well in advance if you want to plan this. Only criticism is that the service was too good - in, ordered, ate and out in little over an hour (and that was 3 courses). Would not stop me in the future though and would recommend
