Thai Erawan Restaurant – RoundhayWhat a great meal my husband & I had here over the weekend. Tasty home cooked food with pleasant surroundings. We were made to feel very welcome by both bar staff & managers. It was quite busy in both the lounge & bar but we received our meal without a long wait. We did expect to wait with it being fresh & home cooked food but we were pleasantly surprised. Will definitely be going back there when we are in the area again. Full marks to the chef!
Ridgewood, The – DoncasterWent to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the service prompt and efficient. The food was superb. The starters were a meal in themselves and the main courses were excellent. However, it would have been nice if a small side salad could have been included in the cost of the main dishes, the food was excellent but pricey, two starters, two mains (without side orders) and two fruit juices and cappocinos£42.00 with 10% service charge
Meze Restaurant – BrighouseI have to say that I was am very impressed with this restaurant, the fish was the best I have tasted in a long time and the service was superb, very traditional and very seaside, great views and friendly service, what more can you ask!! JS
Golden Grid – ScarboroughA welcoming building with a soft internal atmosphere, clean both inside and out. The staff are very friendly and obliging. All together a very well run establishment worth visiting
Winding Whell Brewers Fayre – CastlefordThe food was good but they had only set a table for 8 instead of 18, even though it had been written down. To be honest, they didn't seem that worried that they could only get the table up to 14 so the remaining had to be squashed in with almost no elbow room. However, we are going there again tomorrow with 12 others to give it another shot. The food was, after all, pretty good. Nor is there a massive amount of choice in Brighouse!
Meze Restaurant – BrighouseThis report is for The Curry House at KEIGHLEY not Skipton. I use this restaurant frequently, either eating in or for "take-aways". The food is consistently good - excellent choice and very friendly and helpful staff. The service is usually very good indeed. Can thoroughly recommend this restaurant as being the best of its kind in Keighley. I have not found another in the area to compare.
Curry House – KeighleyIf you haven't been to the Sun for a while, try it again. The pub went through a rocky patch for a year or two but is now back with the best. The atmosphere's great - it's a really stylish place yet still has that local pub feel to it. The carvery is fantastic, but there are other excellent choices on the menu - the steak pie for one. Service is friendly and efficient. You'll need to book, but it's worth thinking ahead.
Sun Inn – HalifaxVisited Jino's many times now. Kind of addicted to the food & relaxed atmosphere. They don't seem to make a scene about how good their food is etc. they just get on with the job of serving top quality nosh, always with a smile! Maybe that's the Thai way! Heard they've opened another place in Guiseley. Good luck guys, you have a winning formula....
Jinos Thai Cafe – HeadingleyI had my first ever curry at the Kash in 1972 - it was brilliant then and is still brilliant. Good unpretentious food for a ridiculously low price. I particularly love the veggie curries, which can so often be a bit of a disappointment. Don't let the building put you off - yes, it's basic, but it's clean, and the food is so much better than you'll expect. You'll find a mixed clientele too, from families to business people. Service is efficient too.
Kashmir – BradfordThe first thing that I must mention is the food - although the atmosphere was a little 'traditional' the food that was produced was excellent in my opinion. I live in York and the variety available there is huge - I came to visit a friend in south cave and he recommended that we go to dine at the Alishaan and I was stunned at the quality of the food. I think that the service was good because I felt welcomed and I must add that some of the waiters were charming and funny - hard to find!

Is a joy to finally have a restaurant in Rothwell - would like to see a couple more for some healthy competition.

Jinos Thai Cafe – HeadingleyExcellent. Sukhothai can not be faulted on any level. The food was gorgeous, as were the waitresses, whose service was 5 star. Extremely busy. Great night out. Reasonable bill. £76 for 4 of us.
