Food was simple but very good - weather on the Friday we came was beautiful. Grandchildren had the Pizzas which ‘looked’ excellent - didn’t get chance to try as they ate them all!! Will be back. Hope inside is dog friendly in the winter, as I’m local and will visit if dog friendly
Windmill Inn – WetherbyDisaster chose Windmill as my family were travelling from the south and ourselves from York. First, cold soup, 4 beef Sunday dinners, all tough beef, the small 3 roast potatoes were burnt black and couldn’t cut them and 4 green beans hidden and 2 tasteless carrots. 1 salmon dry I was so embarrassed to pay £167 Under normal circumstances I would have sent all back as none were eaten but we had waited so long.
