Lovely food, and was a real treat being back in a pub! Service was very slow to start with, took almost an hour to receive our first drink, but understandable being the first weekend open and it being very busy! Overall would definitely do back!

Enjoyable evening, we had 2 tables next to each other because of Covid restrictions, but it worked well. Carl working hard and attentive as always! We enjoyed the meal, and hope that it won't be too long before we visit again. We're booked in for a festive meal, keeping our fingers crossed.

Had lunch at the Cedars , hadn't been in a while was very pleased. Lockdown restrictions adhered to. Fish & chips were lovely . We left 2 clean plates. Thank you.

We last visited Cheikhos on the 28th October and, as usual, we had a wonderful evening. We are always made to feel welcome in this stylish and intimate restaurant. The service is impeccable and the food is superb. We love returning to Cheikhos for the wonderful meals that never disappoint and always leave us with a smile on our face and an appreciation for the finest chef in Oadby. Go and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed.

We had a really delightful lunch with our parents on Saturday lunch time. We sat outside in your lovely covered and heated area and thoroughly enjoyed it. The welcome and service was fabulous and the food and wine just perfect!!! A wonderful way to spend a Saturday afternoon thank you. So brilliant to have somewhere to eat and drink with friends outside - even through the autumn and winter months - great work by the owner!!

A hidden gem, beautiful terraced bar/restaurant with a chilled out vibe. Gorgeous food and great selection of Gin. Can’t wait to return.

So...what can I say? The setting is quite cosy and with a backdrop of bespoke painting fitting with the Italian theme The owner was polite and attentive. Food....fantastic authentic Italian food The wine was recommended and perfect with my seafood .

Had a lovely meal on 12th October It was the first time I’d taken my elderly parents out since the virus started so I was a little anxious about it but I found it really safe and professional and will definitely be returning. Staff were lovely and friendly and the service was amazing. The Lancaster arms have definitely dealt with a difficult situation and made the restaurant fully safe and welcoming... Thankyou all.
