Fantastic atmosphere, great service and delicious food!! Well done guys!!

Hi All, Thought I would update you on the change of ownership at the Viceroy. The place has been re-vamped, new furniture, carpets (not the stairs - sorry) all new colour scheme. I think its very nice. A new chef in from Dubai, the food is superb. Yoy will not be disappointed, its gone slightly up market. My only concern if you want no hassle, don't go at pub closing time, if you know what I mean.

My wife and I came last Sunday evening at 8pm. Found difficulty in parking - parked next door! Restaurant noisy - if you like it like that; but friendly waiters(also noisy!). Food was fine, and the service was ok without being over attentive. House wine was quite drinkable and reasonably priced. Other wines cost quite a bit more.

Good Food but limited Menu. Atmosphere could be improved. Wine list limited. Parking very limited. Needs to be more authentic.

Fresco Fresco is by far my favourite restaurant! The service is excellent. The family make you feel very welcome and treat you very special indeed. As for the food! It's just delicious! Every traditional Italian dish you can think of plus a wonderful specials menu too! There is fantastic selection of wine and very reasonably priced. Try it - you must! You won't be disappointed.

Giovanni and the guys here are always pleased to welcome you, the food is excellent and only bettered by the ambience. It? always a treat to spend the evening here. Highly recommended.

The Viceroy may not be the smartest place around but you will have to go a long way to beat the food. The owner is there every night making sure his customers are happy. We have been going for years - superb. Dressed up or casual makes no difference. 8/10

Lovely night, lovely food and the service was brilliant and funny...This is a restaurant at the top of the range and the Iozzi family knows everything about this trade. I didn't mention the special offers that you can get!!! Go and try it.......Croston is not far away.....

First class food in a fantastic setting, ideal venue for an intimate dinner, faultless!

Set in beautiful gardens which although close to town have you believe you are in a country setting. The food was excellent value for money. If staying the bedrooms are spacious and well equiped. A very nice country house / lodge.
