We have been there twice now and on both occasions everything has been excellent. on this occasion we had the four course set meal for two including three drinks which cost £100. They will change an item on the set courses if you have a favourite dish. Would we go again? DEFINITELY

Honestly the best Chinese restaurant I've ever been too..clean and lovely decor, staff so friendly and the food was gorgeous Definitely be going again.

I booked the table for my husbands birthday and as ever (we are repeat diners), the food was excellent, the staff were welcoming and friendly and extremely accommodating. They sang happy birthday to him and gave him an ice cream as a little gift! We both thoroughly recommend Sing Faye St Helens to anyone wanting a really lovely night out. P.S. did we say that the food was excellent?

Fabulous banquet and excellent service. I was given an ice cream with a candle in for my birthday without them being informed they had just seen the birthday balloons.

I booked a table for 1 online a few days ago for Sunday 1st February at 16:30pm; haven't been to this Beautiful Restaurant since 2013. Received an email confirmation and arrived on time. Welcomed by the Staff and escorted to Table #20. Ambience and Decoration is Outstanding. I ordered some cocktails, large coke zero and a pot of Chinese tea - all mouth watering. Food was delicious - chicken noodle soup, 4 duck rolls with hoisin sauce, fried chicken and vegetables in a garlic sauce with egg fried rice and dessert - vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce and a fortune cookie and some mints. Several members of Staff served me and had a chat with me... all very friendly, professional and welcoming. The food and drinks were great value for money. I would highly recommend others to take an opportunity to book and dine and relax in this Wonderful Restaurant.

I've been a few times now with friends and most recently with my mum and never had a disappointing visit! The food is always delicious and the portions are huge. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Definitely my go to restaurant for a Chinese!

Lovely authentic restaurant with nice furnishings. Delicious food from a wide menu. Very attentive staff. We used to dine here 30+ years ago, I think it was called Chung Ku then. We were impressed that the standard hadn't changed and we will be returning soon x

This is our second visit in the last 2 months. This time we took my Auntie who is in her 70’s. We were met with a lovely welcome. Order was taken and we had a couple of special requests on the main courses and nothing was too much trouble. As we was having a banquet we did ask for a break in between courses which was no problem at all. Although it is a little bit on the pricey side the food was absolutely delicious. Maybe could bring the cost of the drinks down. Especially the costs of bottles of wine. £27 a bottle is on the expensive side.
