A bit disappointed this evening never had to write anything regarding the service always good but this evening my husband and I order a desert waited 50 mins no desert husband went up to ask what was happening with desert the member of staff explained it had not gone through but they had charged us for the desert, again they said it has gone through waited another 20 min in the he end we asked for money back what a bloody joke we'll that is another place off my list

I have been to and had many takeaway from the New Orchard Garden. Last night I don't know what happened but when we got our meal home it was one of the worst Chinese meals we have ever had, what made it worse we had visitors, trying to make excuses after praising the restaurant .

The new management show no interest in getting to know regulars and of serving them. Often I have been left waiting at the bar because staff are serving in the restaurant. It has always been a LFC pub,now it seems to be horse racing and Everton. I won't be back after over 55 years going there.

Me an my wife go to to the Orchid at least twice a month. Mike the head waiter has always made us feel welcome even when booking the table late he has always made room for us. This has happened on a number occasions all the staff are friendly an very helpful and very professional in their approach and nothing is a problem to them. The food in the Orchid is ten out of ten, never had a bad experience while at the Orchid. Will be there again next week, can't wait .

Once again Bellaire Catering have excelled themselves. They provided the catering for my son's 30th birthday party last night at a Liverpool city centre venue. The food was amazing

Decided to come here with my family for birthday wish I never did!! Absolutely disgusting food, disgusting service. Chicken was grey and when we told the waiter he just started laughing. Absolutely appalling.

I booked for 17 people for my 70th birthday with my twin brothers ho is physically disabled I had travelled from Australia for this occasion. We couldn't have been treated any better than we were, the staff where great we went to the bar and got taper own drinks as it was quite a busy night for a Monday. Didn't have to wait to long for meals and all our guest enjoyed what they had. I rang up to see if they would make a birthday cake but they don't do that but the girl I spoke to offered to buy one for me from Tescos as I didn't have transport to shop around. I thought that was lovely and good PR for the Stag and Rainbow. The cake was lovely and all in all we had a fabulous night I have been there before and I am coming to UK Christmas and going to book for Christmas lunch Keep up the god work, Regards Joan.

I wish to make a complaint, the service was not what I expected the staff were slow. I and my family where unexpectedly put up in the premier inn queens drive Liverpool after our home was made unfit to live in 1/7/14 the landlord booked us a meal deal. We waited twenty minutes for a drink....meal was ordered and delivered in a timely fashion but I was facing a lady guest who found a hair in her burger not alerting the rest I stopped eating. We then waited 30minutes for a second drink asking three members of staff, a family member had been and gone by the time we eventually got them. The next morning we attended the restaurant for breakfast and stood for 20minutes being ignored blantley by the staff on duty we left in the end not even eating. Our Landlord is putting us back in hotel today we wont be visiting stag and rainbow

I went to the grill room for the first time a few months ago and was very surprised. The welcome was genuine and nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They went out of their way to get a Red Bull drink for me as they didn't have it in stock but within minutes it was brought in. The food was excellent and all fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I have recommended this place to everyone I hear looking for somewhere to eat. Well done to all the staff, brilliant.

This is my sons favorite Restaurant and he will choose here every time. Great food , friendly staff but could do with turning the heating up.

Fab food at fab prices. Probably tasted everything on their menu friendly staff and great location have eaten their for years. Tried many other Indian restaurants in liverpool but always return to here

Awful servicel awful food awful beer (even ran out of bottled tiger beer)..will never return wouldnt recommend... longest 3 hrs ever and didnt even eat main courses asked for bill before dessert.... our 1st wedding anniversary was memorable for all the wrong reasons totally spoilt evening for us and our friends...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Although small the meals are a big surprise. Lyn one of the owners goes out of her way to please every taste ,the food is second to none and cooked on the spot the texture and taste of each dish sublime not mass produced like some chinese eating houses. Would not go anywhere else and I have tried most of the restaurants in Liverpool,and Southport definitely 5 star food.
