Today 28/8/26 we visited Laduree in the Burlington Arcade. We ordered one Earl Grey Tea and one Caffe Mocha . The staff had no idea what a Mocha was and brought hot chocolate instead. The Tea had gobbles of fat running over the top . Not the usual standard at all
Laduree UK Ltd – North LondonWe had a table booked and really was looking forward to our meal but we arrived and the pub was closed - looked like ongoing work inside. So disappointed as we did not receive any message about it being closed. This was June 2026. Better communication and updated website are needed
