Our food took ages to come. It was pointed out to us that they were short-staffed as they “didn’t expect to be busy”. However they did give us a free round of drinks to compensate., and the staff were very polite and friendly. Very loud music which made everyone shout to have a conversation at the table.

Food was extremely mediocre. Felt like they were more interested in bigger parties because this is where they would have earned more money. Asked 3 different servers for a bottle of water for the table before we got one. Had to send food back twice. I booked this table over a month in advance for my friends birthday, added a special request regarding bringing a dessert out which they paid no attention to atall. Waste of money and would never recommend anyone to go. Go elsewhere and save yourself the disappointment:)

Nice place, food and drinks disappointing. For the price of the wine and cocktails they tasted cheap. Mojito made with dried mint not fresh and the wine was terrible. Food was mixed, starters ok ish, mains were good, desserts dry. The staff looked mithered, they were very nice and polite, attentive but looked stressed. Like one minute in the kitchen, next out on tables etc Not good value at all, wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

A very busy evening for the restaurant as school had just broken up but our group of ten had a lovely time. Thank you for looking after us so well

We had a delightful meal at Elmas. Great food and service. We'd certainly go back if we ever returned to this area.

The food was nice, however music was too loud...which made everyone having to shout in order to be able to talk. The service was not best. We had a person with allergies, and option given was chips.

We entertained customers at Elma's on Monday and found the evening to be very pleasant with excellent food and service. We will be returning soon.

Never a bad meal at Elmas, great service and great atmosphere

First time at Elmas, really enjoyed ourselves. The food was delicious, especially the meat dishes. My partner had cannelloni which she enjoyed, but would have liked to have had a dide salad with it. It gets very noisy from 8pm onwards so maybe book early if you want to have a romantic meal for two. Still a lovely place with very attentive staff.

1st time at elmas, loved it. Food was extremely tasty and glad we booked and got in early as it was very busy by 7.30. It was lovely having the doors open on a summer evening but could see the smokers outside being an issue if we were sat closer, atmosphere was lovely and the waiter was great too.

My daughter and I were celebrating and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier or as attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and we were looked after so well. Great food and lovely cocktails. Highly recommend.
