I would heartily recommend this deli. Sit in and enjoy delicious lunches...the Italian platter is superb, as is the homemade liver pate. Cakes re sublime. What a gem!

I visited the Chilli Club on a Monday evening so it was a relatively quiet night there but there were still quite a few people in which surprised me for a Monday evening. But then once I had been there for a few minutes I could see why. The smell of Thailand hits you as soon as you walk in to the restaurant which brought back some lovely memories for me! The staff were very attentive and instead of escorting us to a table, they let us pick where we would like to sit in the restaurant. The decor is very authentic with bit Thai cushions on the seats and lots of Thai art dotted around. The menu is extensive, so much so, it took us a while to choose! They also have some very good specials - we had the chicken wrapped in pandan leaves as one of our starters which was a special and this was a very nice change and tasted delicious! The Pad Thai is almost as good as you get in Thailand (only problem is the prawns are not the size of snakes like they are in Thailand!!!), and we also had Chicken in Garlic and Pepper with sticky steamed rice - all tasted delicious and just took me straight back to Thailand with every bite! The prices are also very reasonable for this country (as long as you don't expect Thai prices! :) ). We paid £50 for wine, 2 starters, 2 mains and accompaniments and coffees, which we found very reasonable. The food is delicious, service very attentive and a very good atmosphere. I would like to go back at the weekend when the place will no doubt be buzzing - I would imagine booking is required at weekends as it must get very busy. Also one thing to note - the staff really appreciate a little Sawadee Car or a Kop Khun Car (spelling is probably way off but you get the picture!) and a little bow when you leave.
Chilli Club – LymmThis must be the best kept secret. This is a garden centre of sorts. There is everything here. Old victorian "Prams" to new "Antiques" A lake with ducks. Its brilliant. After walking round dine "Alfresco" in one of the old showmans stalls, double glazed and heated by a patio heater, or in one of the " niches" for 4 also heated. The starters range from £4.35 to £4.95 smoked salmon cornucopie or black pudding "Tian" Try the "Barni" a Dutch/indonesian dish with noodles "Barni" or " Nasi" rice. its absolutely great. The servings are Ginormous the dutch sausage (3) was a great plateful. Unfortunatley only wine is served no beer. Sunday lunch available on Sundays only. Puddings are a bit expensive. I would imagine you have to get in here early & even earlier in summer. Its "Brilliant"
Willow Pool – LymmI have lived in Lymm since 1991 & Baci is the best restaurant in the village. It has a great atmosphere, the staff are very attentive & they all have a sense of humour. Get there early if you have children - the kids love the balloons & crayons but come about 8pm the clientele changes from families with children to an older more sophisticated group. The place is always busy & I'd thoroughly recommend the food & the restaurant.
