this is the worse food in oldham and manchester. been three times now and had to return the meals and get my money back. the staff are rude and the beer is not worth drinking .......the pipes need a good clean. worst pub in oldham
The Willow Tavern – FailsworthMy daughter had saved hard to take me for a birthday treat. Steaks had to be returned to kitchen to be cooked to our original order, when returned nothing had been changed probably thought we were to thick to notice. On paying (the full amount £48.78) We made our disappointment known which was met with indifference and a shrug! It would seem that as long as you don't complain your service will probably be good, however if you do have a grievance, the staff will make it clear they dont like you. I would advise people who dont have money to throw away, dont the risk of going to this place. They knew it was a birthday meal but did nothing to put their mistakes right.
