Jandol – LevenshulmeGreat place. my place in this part of town. All the girls met here and none were disappointed!
Trove – LevenshulmeI had food with my family. Chicken karahi was very tasty, starters very tasty. But podina lamb and bhindi masala and samosa was realy s***. Service was not good. Glasses which they gave us for having water were not clean and had to wash again..
Cha-Chas – LevenshulmeFirst time I went to Nawaabs it was outstanding, delicious mouthwatering food, fantastic service and a very good price. It's child friendly and out going. Will go there for every birthday and special occasion!
Royal Nawaab – LevenshulmeActual shit. Ordered a madras sauce and received some creamy horrible curry sauce. Rang up to try and change it, tell them they had done the order wrong, was refused a refund, and was refused a new correct curry. Now have chapattis and chips with no curry to eat it with. Waste of time and money and now I'm hungry!
Cha Cha’s – Levenshulmerubbish! it was good last year but now its changed, people just stare a you,you wait for ages to be taken to a table. Its changed!!
Royal Nawaab – Levenshulmefantastic the best curry in Manchester and the veggie dishes are exceptional .
New Himalaya – LevenshulmeThis restaurant has improved loads since our first visit. The service was very quick and organised. The food was brilliant and really tasty. it's worth a visit just for the masala dosa which is a meal in itself.
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeWe went for mothers day, the lighting is poor it's so dark and cold in the restaurant. We asked for the heating to be turned up it was that cold. The service needs to be better organised and quicker as the waiting time between courses is too long and everyone's food arrives at different times. The food is lovely, we've been 3 times but the masala dosa which is the main feature on the menu can be a bit hit and miss!
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – Levenshulmenawaabs was fantastic the food was really nice id recommend it to any other person , absolutely delicious for £10 a head is cheap for the food they had i would definitely visit there again , OH AND II MET AMIR KHAN IN THERE ASWELL HAHA OTHER THEN THAT NAWAABS IS GREAT
Royal Nawaab – LevenshulmeI'm South Indian and thought this place was pretty good. It doesn't serve the usual anglicized stuff everyone else does. My mum really likes it, which is great praise, and wants to take her friends here. Chicken chettinad was the favourite. Not as good as my mums but better than everywhere else. The dosa wasn't quite right but still good. The service wasn't great, it really needs improving.
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – Levenshulmehello I'm so sorry to tell you this as a well wisher, the price n food quality was fair a few months back.. It will be nice if u focus on the quality of dosas and vada thiis time.its an experience to take a sip of chicken rasam, sambar etc.. your service is excellent till the starters and should have much patience to wait for main course,
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeNew Himalayas is an absolutely brilliant restaurant. I have been to many curry houses and find the food here by far the best! The Lamb Harrey Masala Ka Gosht (a spinach curry) is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. The Thali (a selction of three different curries with rice and bread) is a great choice for beginners!
New Himalaya – LevenshulmeBest Indian restaurant in Manchester- without a doubt!. Go out of your way to try the delicious, different homemade food. Venue often looks dark and decor is dull - food in luminous - GO !!!
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeFood was lovely but service was quite poor. £1.50 per person per poppadom is shocking!!!!!!!!
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeExcellent food, delicious, and good service, dishes always containing incredibly fresh and top quality produce. Only thing waiting time feel bit more, but well worth a visit. Is one of the most memorable restaurants in Manchester.
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeNow this definitely makes a change from all the Indian restaurants in Manchester. My first time at a south Indian restaurant. The food was great. service a little slow, but the food more than makes up for it. will be going back
Sindhoor South Indian Restaurant – LevenshulmeI am going to be very careful here, because this little place has tremendous potential. The Sindhoor has a varied different interesting south Indian menu, and our starters were superb, but the service needs to be improved 100% and serving chicken drumsticks in the chicken byriyani is somewhat unusual and not enjoyable. But will try again soon and hopefully they will get there act together, this is not criticism, its friendly advice, because this place could be one of Manchester's great additions to the Asian scene.
