Customer service was terrible. Server was not professional or cheerful

Second time being here now and the food and service never disappoint. Genuinely a lovely place to eat out, great friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and nothing is too much trouble. I am gluten free which sometimes hinders where we eat out but they accommodate amazingly. 5 * from us and we will definitely return

Very good service and the food is exceptional

We visited on 17 May. The food and service were excellent. We ordered pepperoni pesto and pizza and Cajun surf and turf pasta. I'd recommend the pasta, there was a generous amount of steak and prawns and the cajun tomato sauce was spicy and tasty. The only slight issue was the absence of any Alcohol free beer, which was out of stock

Still easily the best pizzas for miles around, and the parmos seemed to go down pretty well too. Great food, friendly, attentive service and unbeatable prices - can't recommend Panuozzos highly enough A***

Whilst a great start to the evening I was very disappointed when l was refused my full deposit off the bill because 2 people were unable to attend. I was told it was clearly stated in terms and conditions.......nobody reads terms and conditions! One of my friends wife had died the week before but still the staff were insistent as he had not attended they would keep his deposit. Eventually they relented and I got all the money back but the whole episode spoilt the evening.

Food was Delicous !! One of the best pasta &pizza dishes we’ve had!! Would definitely come again ! Staff where amazing and very attentive, very good value for price !

You just cant fault Panouzzos ! The food ! The service and the lovely atmosphere ! Their Sunday Lunch and the Pizzas have to be one of the best in North Yorkshire !

Booked a table for 2 for Sunday lunch on 6th April, I my opinion this is the best Sunday lunch in middlesbrough, everything cooked to perfection , piping hot and the gravy WOW! You could just drink cups of it, i did have a bit of room for desert , opted for the brownie with my choice of pouring cream , best brownie I've had ! , staff where very attentive , great service , martin the chef was outstanding , well done to all of you for making our visit very enjoyable , thankyou we will definitely be back x

Absolutely delicious food and great value. Service was excellent. Will definitely be back! Sad to see there weren’t many other customers but it was midweek so I’m sure that was the reason why. I had the lamb - it was to die for - soooooo tasty. Bravo!!
