Spice of Bengal – Mirfieldvery disappointing to be honest poor menu and food tasted like it had been cooked and kept warm for most of the day. None of the meals looked like they has been cooked fresh but served by a microwave technician!!
Hare and Hounds, The – Mirfieldsmall & cosey, seats about 40 huge menu choice but all excellent quality especially the starters very friendly staff, owner goes out of his way to ensure you are completely satisfied highly recommended
Alnawab Restaurant – MirfieldWe used to go to this restaurant four or five times a month, regularly taking friends or family. Sully runs a good place but over the last 6 months, standards, quality and notably quantity deteriorated as prices increased. The final straw for me was a starter portion of samosas - they were they miniature buffet size (two on plate with a bit of lettuce) for £2.95 (20 for a quid in Asda). When I queried it, the waiter smiled and shrugged his shoulders. Now go to Al-Nawab on Huddersfield Road where staff, food and service are significantly better.
Spice of Bengal – MirfieldI used to live in Mirfield and as my mum still does, I visit quite often. We love this restaurant. The staff are absolutely lovely and very accommodating. The food is always freshly cooked and of a very good standard. The menu is great. Well worth a visit but don't tell too many people - I still wanna be able to get a table !
Spice of Bengal – Mirfieldhad a fab night one to remember !!!!!
Thirsty Man, The – MirfieldThis place is within walking distance from where I live. We normally go on a Friday if we go and it is best if you book because it is very popular and gets very busy. Their service is second to none and the food is even better!!
