Ambience excellent. Service exceptional (friendly, warm, helpful). Food was very tasty especially tabouli. Would recommend you try it and judge. We will certainly go again.

Me and a friend went for lunch and it was faultless. The staff are so friendly and willing to go to any lengths to make sure your visit is the best. The quality of the food is fantastic and the price is great. I felt like being back in Turkey!

Loved the renovation of the place over lock down. The staff were friendly and brilliant as always. The menu was still full of the classic favourites. Food was amazing as always.

La Turka is a good restaurant. We have been going there for years, this was our first post corona meal out. The food is delicious, staff friendly, spacious place to accommodate distancing, but their menu seems to be deteriorating. From previous top rating authentic Turkish cuisine I feel they are loosing the character and blending slowly into an average restaurant with similar menu to any other high street restaurant. I will keep going there, the food is second to none but maybe not as often.

Safety measures made you feel at ease temperatures taken as we arrived food was lovely and plenty of it my only niggle was waitress kept coming to clear the table while we where still eating won’t put us off looking forward to visiting again

Full English Breakfast, quality sausage, bacon and eggs. Plate was full. Staff are so professional and friendly. Fantastic give them a try.

Made a large booking of 10 people just after lockdown. Received a call from the owner advising all food would be free as we were the first person to book. Food was amazing, however, after eating we were handed a bill of over £200. When the owner was confronted, he denied the call came from the restaurant to later admit it was him who called but it was all a joke. Would definitely avoid, and don’t be hooked in by freebies, as the owner is not true to his word.

We love this place the service the taste of the food is excellent, take your own drinks. What more can we ask for. I can highly recommend this lovely place

Food quality excellent as always but the wait time to be seated was a bit ridiculous. Booked a table for 7:30 and didn’t get seated until 8. We received our starters relatively quickly but then had to wait an hour for our mains to come and some of the food was forgotten. They did give us some free onion bhajis and chips as well at of apology.

Always a welcoming atmosphere here with a personal touch. Food has never failed to be anything but great.

Haven't been in over 10 years and thought we would give it a try again. Service from start to finish was excellent, waiting on staff were lovely. The food was lovely, very tasty and certainly full after it. We had prawn cocktail, whitebait, seafood pasta, chicken stroganoff, garlic bread and the cheesecake dessert. Will definitely be back. Was a lovely date night with my hubby x
