This was my third visit and as always the service was excellent. The early bird menu is such good value for money and there are loads of options. Sadly one of the kids meals was too salty. A breaded chicken meal was ordered and a few of us tasted it. We thought the chicken was a little over seasoned with salt too. But overall the meal was beautiful. The halloumi and dip for starter is my absolute favourite. The dip is divine! The windows were all opened as it was a lovely evening and this added to a holiday feel/atmosphere. Keep doing what you’re doing, Souvla, with maybe a touch less salt. We will definitely be back to visit you again and appreciate all you do to provide a lovely service and tasty food ☺️

We waited a long time to be served, and eventually had to call waiters over to do so. It LOOKED a nice place, as did the previous restaurant than ran it, but it was blowing a gale through the open eaves, making our food cold. The chips were cold when they were served, and very hard to the bite, like they had been left standing a long time. We had already decided not to tip them, which is rare for us, but we were very annoyed to see that they had charged us a £4 service charge on the bill. This practice should be made illegal. We have eaten in many Greek and Turkish restaurants in the area, as we like that type of food, and this has been the worst of them. The menu was very limited too. They didn't even have a soup option! I want my £4 back.

We waited 20 minutes to be served a drink and given food menus, the starters were great but the mains was seemed rushed as the halloumi wasn’t cooked properly and the meat was quite bland. It seemed short staffed in there.

Brilliant early bird menu, lots of really lovely food and sat out in the sun! Staff were really friendly as always! We’ll keep coming back!

Fabulous service and an amazing place to eat. We booked, however the traffic was horrendous due to the LFC parade but our table was kept open for us. We were greeted with a lovely welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even though they were run off their feet. We asked for the quickest food on the menu and our delicious chicken gyros came within minutes, plus a complimentary bottle of table water. The prices were very reasonable and the restaurant had airy, light rooms. The bathrooms were clean and well presented. Thank you Souvla! We will be back and will recommend your Allerton Road restaurant to all

The atmosphere and service were, as always, excellent! We had a small issue with the booking system, but it wasn’t a problem – the staff did their best to find us a table as quickly as possible. Since we were in good company, waiting a couple of minutes didn’t bother us at all. The food was absolutely amazing – fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommended

Come here lots, its lovely food at a very reasonable price. Where else can 2 adults and 2 children eat and drink for less than £50?!?!? The food is always delicious. The only downside can be, the service can be slow.

This is our favourite family restaurant Mo serves us every time and brings me a drink as soon as I walk in. He knows our orders and always talks to the children they love him Couldn’t ask for better food and service

We had an excellent meal here on Sat 15th March 2025. Zucchini croquettes to start and then a chicken wrap and a pork souvlaki. Both were excellent, we ordered extra chips which we didn't need , as the portions served were generous. Service was very good, the staff were extremely busy. We will return.

Beautiful restaurant environment with fresh and delicious food . The service for food and drinks was excellent also . Prices very good for the quality of everything and the free dessert was a lovely touch .

We came as 2x adults and 2x children to celebrate my daughters first birthday. The restaurant was really quiet on Thursday night which I was surprised about as the food is lovely. The young lad serving us couldn't do enough for us and we were a pain in the bum asking for the heater to be turned off, extra plates and for the highchair to be cleaned. He was lovely from start to finish and we all enjoyed the food, early bird menu is great value. This is our third visit and we will be back again

My kind of place. Small, quirky, simple menu, choice ingredients and selections quality of food, wine and beer. Like to try literally every dish on the menu.

Best restaurant in Liverpool. Staff always so friendly and helpful and the food is out of this world 10/10 ❤️

Great food but weird waiter , my friend said we have a table for two at 6 then later he asked where are the rest of the people we said what do you mean. He said we said there was 6 of us when we didn’t and we said our names and it was booked for two people, he brought the wrong starter it was just odd and my friend asked if it came with pitta bread he laughed and said he says that which it didn’t just seemed like he has no clue what he was doing
