I have been eating food from Mr Bashir's restaurants for over 25 years. He has employed a series of excellent chefs, many of whom have gone on to open their own establishments. I have never had anything less than an excellent meal at the Bengal Station, or the Aloka (in Crewe) before it. I highly recommend this restaurant. The Tikka is fantastic (ask for a Madras curry sauce) and the Chicken Jalfrezi and Lamb Balti are to die for! Try them with a guitar-sized Keema Nan!

Am I the exception? We did not get to finish our meal as after waiting an hour after finishing the starter with no main course we walked out. The manager could only apologise but she did not know why it had happened. I choose poor for service actually it was worse than poor.

I was really disappointed with what I thought would be 'authentic' italian food. Starters - mussels, some closed and very small.. caesar salad made with cheap mayonnaise... carpaccio served with the mayonnaise??? no olive oil. Main meal - pizza was made with pre made base and was soggy and way too thick.. Lasagne was good. Pizza was the biggest disappointment - no need to have pre made bases and to have these in an 'authentic' italian restaurant is unbelievable to me. The decor was good and staff were friendly.

Chopstix is a great local Chinese restaurant that offers well-prepared Chinese dishes with perhaps a slight Vietnamese twist. Food is as good and authentic as one might find in Chinatown, This has to be one of Cheshires best restaurants the staff are very welcoming and the food is outstanding this is what eating out is all about. A must to try.

This restaurant specialises in the finest Chinese cuisine. The decor is somewhat unoriginal but tasteful, with subtle lighting and immaculately laid place settings. The food is delicious, especially the mouth-watering Spare Ribs and crispy Duck. A relaxing atmosphere and delicious food combine to create an outstanding dining experience.

What can I say. Food and service very high standard however the restaurant eating area is cramp and without ambience and the lighting is too dim. So if it's good food you're after food go there. But if you want to entertain a date..... A starter for 2 with 2 main meals a rice and 1 side order washed down with 4 beers was £48

The place is outstanding, a hidden gem!! The food was wonderful and very well priced, the menu is excellent, so much quality and choice Definitely worth many visits, drop in for a cocktail or two! You can also have your own private party!!

probably the worst pub in Nantwich, i wouldn't let my dog eat there, its very dirty, and if your brave enough to eat there, id be very surprised if you didn't need a trip to A an E.

very good quality esp the cream cakes my favourite would have to be the eclairs

An intriguing combination of a perfectly authentic Chinese restaurant within a traditional pub in the historic village of Wybunbury...an experience not to be missed. The menu numbers around 200 items so if anything one is spoiled for choice. I was not sure about Kung Po sauce and was politely advised "a little sweet and spicy with cashew nuts". It was exactly as descibed, the flavours being quite subtle as opposed to some I have had at other oriental establishments! The restaurant is decorated with a Chinese theme so it was a lovely atmosphere and smoke free and here's the real beauty of it you get the full choice of Cask Ale and fine (but not over priced) Wine that we went for plus all the other beverages you would expect. A master stroke, try it once and you will be back!

i paid 7.95 which was more than what was on the website but this didn't put me off because i herd the food was outstanding. i had already been once before and had a pudding for less price but this time there wasn't an option for a pudding. it was nice but less service than the time before. slightly disappointing

The food and service are outstanding and the staff are most helpful they know how to make you feel welcome and it makes you remember what good service is I had the mixed seafood and I would have to say it was very very good do try this restaurant it is five star plus

Try this first, it is without doubt the best Indian in Nantwich.
