I Have had numerous Sunday lunches at the Smiths, but have not tried it during the daytime. Sunday lunches are very popular and deservedly so. The choice and quality of the food is very good, and the surroundings in the dining room are very relaxing. Well worth a visit.
Smiths Arms – NeathExcellent food and service. Food is just brilliant, homemade pies and dishes such as boar casserole and rabbit pie, also serving classics like duck a l'orange. Doesn? take debit or credit cards and that is its only downside. Always take family and friends there when they visit as there is such a varied menu and it is just like a true welsh pub should be.
Rock and Fountain Inn – NeathThe best restaurant I've eaten in a long time, i will always eat there from now on.
