Been here a few times we love it. The staff are the friendliest we've found in any restaurant. Went St Patricks day for granddaughters birthday and they were fantastic with her and the other kids.Tthe food as usual was 1st class, they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and never disappoint. My other 2 granddaughters want to go for their birthdays as well, highly recommended by the whole family.
Casa Antonio – LongbentonJust been to Amici's Forest Hall and didn't enjoy it! Ordered Chicken Kiev - opened it up to find a lovely pool of garlic butter BUT there were bits of the chicken raw! Sent it back. Watched my partner eat their main course while they cooked me another. 15 mins later the second one came. Now it’s my dining companions turn to watch me eat...cut it open - no garlic butter oozing out because it was as dry as a bone! Called the waiter over...did I want anything else...errr, no - just the bill. They hadn’t charged me for the chicken (kind!) but I wanted a reduction on the rest as the meal was totally spoilt and now I am having a cheese sandwich at home! The manager wouldn't budge. Won't be going back to Amici's Forest Hall!!
