Terrible service. We had booked Rococo for a party of 7 but one had pulled out at the last minute. When we arrived at rococo they only had the table set for 5 anyway and they had to move 2 women from our table to another which I thought was bad practice. The food itself was ok but I wouldn't be shouting about it. There were no napkins on the table I had ask for them, my mum had to ask for a table setting, when they took away the starters and brought the main I had to ask for more cutlery. They brought a small bottle of wine instead of the big one that was ordered but then charged for 2 big bottles on the bill. They didn't clear our starters away for ages, our mains took forever to come and then they didn't clear the plates away for over half an hour after we'd all finished. We almost had to get up and ask one of the waitresses if she'd clear our plates away. It put me off wanting to order a desert as it was already ten o clock and we'd been there for 2 1/2 hours already and god knows how long it would take them to serve desert. The steak was not warm, we ordered a jug of water which never came and had to order twice. They sent my aunt an apple juice which was meant for the next table. The "hot"chocolate fudge cake was cold. When we eventually finished 3 hours later we sat for ages waiting for them to clear our plates and bring the bill. It didn't happen. We had to get up and find a waitress so we could pay. When the wine mistake was pointed out they didn't even apologise. All in all it was not a good experience and I wouldn't go back.
