Ordered food for delivery, order arrived incorrectly and overcharged. Phoned for correct order only replaced what was missing and did not refund my money. Will not order again as feel totally ripped off women tried to tell me I only ordered 1 curry with 3 rice??? Still charge did not add up. Rice was hard and food was terrible

Took my niece with a friend and her daughter today to try as the girls have been nagging to go to this fantastic place ?????? Never again the service was awful ordered food three lots of food and drinks came I'd ordered tea for myself yes with no milk came with milk the waitress took it back to change it. I never saw the tea again I'd also ordered waffles for myself they never came either asked twice to be told by our waitress they where coming she had the chief ???? Making them the waffles and my tea never did materialise the rest of party had finished eating and drinking by this time I went to ask for the supervisor/manager ?????? As I wanted a refund as we where ready to leave he questioned me ax to why I wanted a refund probably because I've paid for s drink and food i had not had. I was then asked for the reception which only showed the total purchase of £22 anyway so I had to go back upstairs to get the receipt (I certainly got a good workout here as I was up

This cafe is such a lovely place to eat. Fantastic food, very welcoming atmosphere and the cleanliness of the place is wonderful. I would certainly recommend this cafe to everyone.

This place is fantastic. Frank the owner makes everyone feel welcome and service is very good, the food is excellent and prices very cheap and the hygiene levels are outstanding. other cafes take note. A 5-star cafe.

Is this Café ever open? It's closed every time I happen to drive past. Would love to pop in.......it's not for want of trying! A list of opening times outside would be a start.

I went to Tessall lane cafe 2 weeks ago and I was very hungry. I tried the Tessall Belly Buster. WOW what a tasty plate full of food. 4 eggs, 4 sausages, 4 bacon, 4 hash browns, 4 black pudding, mushrooms, beans.

visited here on 08/08/12. really really Excellent. food fantastic. service Exceptional. Staff very attentive and nothing was to much trouble. Wide variety of food to choose from. take your own wine or beer. 5*****

Have visited twice and both times the service and food was exceptional. There are the usual balti dishes as well as an extensive range of other fusion style Indian food. My children particularly enjoyed their baltis too! The service was great, Mitch, the owner, was particularly helpful and recommended some really delicious but unusual fish dishes. My only advice would be to book as the restaurant is very intimate and each time I have been it has been very busy.

Food good and consistent everytime I visit (been a customer for 8 years now). Highly recommended.

The food was exquisite. The service was brilliant and the portions are very generous. I went for a birthday and the staff were very friendly and helped out with cakes and drinks. I am actually going back next week. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic place to stop and eat. Very friendly service, the owner Frank is such a kind man, always stops to make sure your food or drink is what you ordered. Highly recommended.

My other half and i go to the Jafrany nearly every week. The service is excellent with very friendly efficient staff. The food is very reasonably priced ( as cheap as a good takeaway) and is of excellent quality. You can take your own drink and the staff will be happy to provide you with ice , glasses for your drinks. We have made this our favorite regular meal out.

DO NOT EAT HERE FOR SAKE OF YOUR HEALTH I would never eat at another Frankie and Bennys if it was free and were invited by posh and becks to join them. I took my partner and two children mid week for my partners pre Bday meal, we had to wait 10 mins to be seated as there was no one on the front of house. We ordered some drinks with the waitress who was very pleasant when mine and the childrens drinks came all three glasses were very dirty. the waitress changed the drinks immediately. first cousre of garlic bread with cheese came which we were going to share all four plates were covered in old grease and cheese. I asked for the manager to come to the table when i showed her the plates and explained about the glasses she apologised and said that the dish washer was not working properly and had been like it for weeks. I stated that the food was good but the cleanliness was sub standard. Agagin she apologised an said she would speak with the manager, when i stated that i had asked for the manager she said she was the assisstant manger and the manager had not turned up. when the main meals arrived again the plates were dirty with the food on them when i complained again and stated that i was totally disgusted and wanted to know how she would rectify this issue as ther is now a very dissatissfied customershe apologised and said that maybe i should not eat here again, and assumed i was just after a free meal. My disgust for this establisment and its so called trained staff will never subside. I recoomend to everyone i know never to set foot in this place and to eat at Mcdonalds as at least the place is clean. the only good thing about the place was the waitress who was friendly and pleasant. If Frankie and Benny exist in real life i think they would be disgusted that the good intention they started with to provide a fun family atmosphere, good honest service and great moral values has been lost in the ether to a very young management who just dont care and cant wait for the paycheck at the end of the month.

My wife and I visit the Jafrany every week and it's always a pleasure. We take friends on many occasions and never a complaint. Very good food , pleasant staff, great value. Betty and Leo
