ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Manager michael- finally dragged himself from downstairs to deal with us.. walked straight up and said "what".. to then speak down too us like children. Poor excuse of a manager. Waitress Daisy- worst floor manager I've ever seen. Rude, obnoxious and a liar. Charged us £50 over what the bill should have been and said she was right due to "cameras and microphones throughout the pub" which she had "checked" and heard exactly what we said. Also if there is cc tv and microphones. . It is actually illegal to not state that there is such things in the premises. Food was poor. Dry and chewy. Took 45 minutes for the starters to come and weren't busy at all. Over priced, stuck up manager and CRAP staff. If your hungry... starve. Don't go to this place !!!

Been for lunch middle of the week many times over last three months. Find the food quite dry, and jacket potatoes never hot enough. Time to change the menu I think. Perhaps we were just unlucky. Maybe give it one more try.

Despite trying to access their website and make contact via email and also an enquiry through here I waited 2 days for them to get back to me with a menu! Must be doing that well they don't feel the need to respond to new potential customers! We have a party of 7 for an up and coming birthday so shall be taking our business elsewhere. Very poor customer service for something that would have taken 5 minutes!
