Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing dining experience here on Saturday night. When my dessert was served to me, the waitress accidentally spilt the coffee and liquor from my ice cream dessert all over me. She was apologetic and I was concerned that she was ok as I appreciated it was an accident. I asked for some warm water and a cloth, which was brought to me, and I then went to the toilet and cleaned my dress as best I could. A little later the waiter asked if me if I was Ok and I told him my dress was wet - he didn’t reply but turned around to deal with other customers. I was shocked by this and disappointed that he didn’t give me the consideration or courtesy that I had shown his waitress. I rang them today and spoke to the waiter who turned out to be management and explained that out of courtesy I would have expected them to at least offer a complimentary drink or my dessert but he said he’s sorry that I expected this. So, poor customer service, lack of courtesy on the night and when given the opportunity to right the wrong still no offer of anything complimentary for the future! My birthday meal with friends was spoilt and I then had to go home to get changed before going out for cocktails as planned. A huge inconvenience to me - they only appeared to be interested in the large bill being paid and serving other customers in their very busy restaurant.

Booking was easy, the welcome was warm and friendly. The food was lovely and the service especially from Sam was first class.

Not been here for many years, spare of the moment decision so was initially impressed with the online booking system despite the 'blunt' telephone message. Great quality food, didn't disappoint, nice service; will definitely return.

Always great food and great service. The pizzas are amazing and so is the carbonara which so close to the Italian style and filling. Scallops are nice as a starter . I think I have tried most things on the menu and I have never had a bad meal and that’s why I keep going back

We loved everything about our night out at Quattro’s. The staff were courteous and the service was awesome. Will definitely be back

First time eating at this restaurant on Saturday and I'm sorry we haven't eaten here before The restaurant is set out lovely with a nice atmosphere that was building as we ate our meals The food was cooked to the highest quality with the sauces for the meals having beautiful flavour The Service was flawless and staff were so polite, nothing was any trouble to them We will definitely be coming back soon to try other dishes off the menu and looking forward to them already 3 very satisfied and well fed customers

Absolutely fab food, really enjoy the varied menu. As a non meat eater I often feel that choice is limited in other restaurants. I chose the seafood risotto and my partner had the chicken with mushrooms. Excellent service, extensive wine menu, great atmosphere, it was a quiet lunchtime although restaurant quite busy. Tiramisu an absolute delight.
