My family and I were regular customers at the rats castle . Always found the owner to be a good guy and certainly no problems. He always had stunning young ladies waitressing and they all seemed to like working there.

My daughter worked at the Rats Castle before going on to Uni and Mr Diamond was a good boss and never improper to us or our daughter. We were sorry to see it closed. Alli

Over years we were frequent customers at The Rats and found the owner Mr Diamond to be kind polite and a super host. We had various Birthdays and celebrations there and couldn't fault it or him at all. Mandy

Good range of beers kept well very accommodating .with a open fire and good bar snacks

Always a very warm welcome from yasmin the owner who spends her time making you feel welcome. Nothing is to much trouble for her or her staff. the food is wonderful and good value. We have had a take away or sit down meal every weekend for 10 years!!!

What a lovely place!...and lovely staff too! :P

Very poor service was served by Becky who was rude and did not seem interested would not recommend
