Visiting, found Bistro One on Sugarvine. Love Oysters so piled in to 6 Raw and 6 Grilled.Fresh as the sea! Glass of Ashridge Sparkling Cider was the offered match - perfect indeed. New to us we had Paupiettes of Gleanie (Cornish for Guinea Fowl) stuffed with Spinach and toasted Almonds plus Bocaddon Farm Calves Liver with Dry Cured Bacon. The wine recommendation was a Cabernet Sauvignon from Pikes of Clare Valley in S Australia and lovely it was too! Tarte au Citron and Gluten-Free Chocolate and Chilli Cake "finished us off" but not before a glass of Argentinian Late Harvest Torrontes! All simply divine. This is excellently delivered Bistro Cooking showing good value. Surprises on the menu with some off-the-wall wines make it a definite favourite venue to search out. We recommend you do.

have been to this venue twice in 6 weeks, 1st time with a party of 10, 2nd time with 6 of us. Both times were excellent. The staff are friendly and our food all came out at the same time, large portions beautifully done and reasonably priced. This is the ideal venue for larger groups. I would feel it could be too noisy for an intimate dinner for 2, for example but would recommend them for their service and food quality

visited the Mission Saturday lunchtime. i ordered burger and chips, was adv 15 minute wait for burger, had no problem with that at all. partner had pie and veg, only one thing wrong with his meal, carrots were overdone and tasted burnt, so he left them. both of us had OJ to drink, only carton OJ but presented with slices of oranges. ice and black straws. the venue looks amazing, worth going just to check out the decor. also for the girls - toilets are sublime! would go back again in the evening to soak up the atmosphere and have a drink in the lounge area

I believe that the owner of Nibana is a young ambitious third generation, and dynamic businessman, he has been working in several Indian restaurant in several parts of UK since he was a teenager. I haven't taste the food yet, that's because i live in London, but i am sure that the business is booming, because every time i met him i see him driving upgraded and expensive car.

I took my parents for a meal tonight and we had a fantastic meal, not your run of the mill Indian cuisine, but delicately spiced quality food. Shelim and Hisbul really looked after us tonight serving us good quality food and reasonably priced wine. You will not be disappointed

My husband and I have been to this restaurant twice this year ...and we know we shall return :) The atmosphere is really nice and the food is divine ...the chicken kebab with rice and salad is not only mouthwatering but a great, healthy dish too! A welcome change from all the greasy stuff we've been served in other places. They have good prices ...excellent value for money ..and the portions are quite substantial. Can't find a fault with this place...great for romantic meals for two ..and just as great for get togethers with friends and family. The set menu is a real steal too!!

Popped in for a quick meal after dropping my son off at a gig at the pavillions. Great veggie fare and atmosphere thanks to the owner who is a Reggie Perrin anorak! Had a really good time and hope to return ASAP.

Have been going to Bistro One for over a year now when visiting Plymouth. I particularly like the changing menu as I am an avid supporter of local food and this restaurant delivers with great fish like Gurnard, Grey Mullet and Atlantic Octopus. Also enjoyed Venison Bourguignon and some excellent Squinzano from Southern Italy. Great consistency at Bistro One, looking forward already to my next visit when I am promised local Calves Liver.
