Had a very enjoyable meal here on Boxing Day .We were a party of 8 ranging in age from 13 to 79. The menu was varied and there was something for everyone. Good value for money. We have been in the past. We used to go to Tiberios when the owener of the Arch was the chef there.

Me and my boyfriend go here on average once a month, we love it, the food is gorgeous, plenty of variety for the price you pay. The most you pay being £16.95 for three courses, but not the usual early bird menu that other restaurants offer. Worth visiting, love it.

It takes a lot to impress me nowadays but on our recent visit to 114 The Arch we were all VERY IMPRESSED. Wide choice of menu, delivered to the table in timely fashion and HOT for once. Excellent polite service, fabulous food, very good value. A nice friendly informal dining experience all round. Well worth a visit.

We had a large party with two infants mid afternoon. The festive menu was offered without problem when we asked in advance. Despite the numbers, the food was excellent, hot and served promptly. Sensible to have a small but varied menu, good wine list too. Tremendous value, great service, nice atmosphere.

We ate here on the 4th September 2010 and struggle to find anything nice about the place other than the venue. The staff were barely pleasant we were rushed through our ordering, my son was served a dish he didn't order (But apparently was on the menu the day before), my husbands starter was inedible. The steaks were very mediocre and in some parts inedible, sauces covered the whole plate including the chips, my youngest daughter was served a chicken burger she couldn't eat. We complained on the comments card, at the till as we left and on the website and received absolutely no response.

Nice restaurant and food, however this chef and the menu were absolutely brilliant when at Tiberio. Please bring it all back and replace "nice" to "brilliant" again.

We would highly recommend this restaurant. One of the best restaurants we have ever eaten at...and we have visited a few! Everything was fresh, really tasty and plenty of it. A bargain at £19.95 for 3 courses. We opted for steak which added another £8.50 to the bill but it was totally worth it. Service was good and restaurant really deceiving from the outside. We tried to use the voucher in the Special Offers section however and they said that the price had gone up from £18.95 to £19.95 and they have not had chance to change it on here yet. Therefore the voucher is not a voucher to print off really - you already get the Saturday 3 course for the Special Offer price. This was a birthday treat for us but hope to visit again very soon :) We did mention sugarvine and thanks to sugarvine we have found a little gem here :)

My husband recently took me here for a celebration and it was mouth wateringly beautiful. Cannot wait to go back and sample more of the menu.

We rang late on Saturday last week to book a table for that evening...no problem. Lovely table for two waiting for us even though we arrived 20 mins early. The staff were polite and attentive, though not overbearing. Our orders were taken promptly and the drinks arrived quickly. We both ordered from the 3 courses for £18.95 menu. The starters of fish cake and goats cheese were delicious, hot and flavoursome. The mains of rack of lamb and sea bass were cooked perfectly. The lamb was just the right side of pink, juicy and tender and sea bass ain't easy to get right. But they did. Desserts were sublime. Rhubarb and Orange Bakewell and the Eton Mess. Coffee's were taken in the cosy lounge area upstairs. We spent £64 including wine but not including a well deserved tip. Will we return?.....OH YEAH!
